The HotWorx Sauna is awesome. The infrared keeps you from being sore. The ISO saunas are great to do along with the HIIT training offered in Blast, Thunder and Cycle. I’m losing inches and detoxing my body at the same time. Infrared is also great for the skin. The Hot Gel really works and the Indulge meal taste great.

I love this location ! I drive out of my way just to come workout at hotworx central location because of the cleanliness, positivity of the staff, and community of the studio. I’ve been to a couple of the other locations as I am a sweat everywhere member and this is one of the cleanest studios I’ve sweated at!! The staff are constantly retaining the upkeep of the studio. Good job hotworx central! You guys are killing the game.

EDITED: changing my 1 star review to 4 stars. We had an issue with billing mistakes. The owner called me after seeing my review to ask for feedback & do what she could to remedy the situation. Apparently the girl we had an issue with had been fired & she was the source of the problems.

I've been a member of Hotworx Central for over a year, and I absolutely love the experience so far. The management does a great job staying in tune with patron needs, and the studio is always kept pretty clean. The staff is nice and friendly.

I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager once, and she was really nice. While the membership is on the pricey side—definitely more expensive than your average gym—Hotworx is not your average gym. The convenience of being able to go pretty much whenever I want fits perfectly with my schedule.

The only downside is that there's no immediate help available during unstaffed hours if you encounter a problem, but that's about it. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience!

I am not very happy with them. I called Tuesday and explained I wanted to cancel. I have two memberships and when I called I was explained it was 99 dollar cancellation. When I called Tuesday it was explained that it would be subtracted from both memberships. I get call today and they told me it is actually per each membership minus the 99 dollars. I explained that was not what was told and I think it should be honored since I was explained wrong. She said well if my boss says no then we cannot cancel the membership. Then I was informed they cannot even give me the corporate number and if I wanted it, I would have to google it.

I love this location of Hotworx! I travel for work and have experienced several locations but this one is my favorite. The staff is great, studio is clean, Hotworx family (other members) are respectful and encouraging & they maintain equipment. I drive past others just to workout at this location. Thank you Hotworx Central for being amazing 🤩!!!!
