Visited Millerville location. The young lady was very friendly and knowledgeable of what is offered there. I loved the work out and the facility is very nice. I will not be joining due to the 6 month contract and required rent or purchase of the special pricy mat.
Wanted to leave review bc it is a very nice place and I highly recommend to those looking.

Wow!! What an amazing workout! I visited this studio today as a (SE) Sweat Everywhere member and the staff was so helpful and nice and the sauna's were super clean! Thanks so much for always making me feel welcome and leaving feeling better than ever!

I love my time at Hotworx and have been going for about one year! Hot yoga is an excellent way to destress and I can fit sessions into my busy schedule. I find the staff helpful, personable, and professional. I find the studio well maintained and clean. The owner is very kind and approachable. I am so grateful to have access to such a wonderful fitness center, and it has become part of my self-care.

The franchise owner Joann is terrible. I highly discourage anyone from having to go here and deal with her nasty rude attitude. The place is old, and not well kept after. The hotrooms are showing their age, much like the owner. The hotworx on Airline is much nicer and the owner is friendly. It's worth driving a bit further to avoid Joann.

The older woman with short dark hair is not helpful at all and they don’t seem to enforce their customers using the app to book classes. I was the only one booked for both of my sessions but there were people in both. I was waiting for them to leave the sauna since I was the only one booked on the app and missed part of my first session then went to the second session and once again, no one was booked on the app but someone was still in there. I understand the saunas can hold 3 people but if I’m expecting to be by myself then I should still be by myself unless they actually book a class.

I was so excited to come to Hotworx, but that excitement very quickly faded. The owner, Joann, was extremely rude to me and my wife during our visit. She even went as far as to use profane language about us when we were working out, and telling her workers that we don’t look like the type to go the gym, but we needed to. How anyone like her can run a business is beyond me, and I am so upset. I hope not all Hotworx gyms are like this!

They saved us. We workout at our local (FL) hotworx daily. We were back in town and had the pleasure of slipping in a quick ISO.

After driving/flying/driving to get to Baton Rouge, my body was beat. One 30 min session and I’m back to full energy again. Worth it! Best hotworx I’ve been to in Louisiana!

I like the 24/7 accessibility. The staff is really friendly as well as the other members. The only problem I have is that it’s impossible for me to listen to my music. I don’t know if it is the wifi, but my music keeps stopping and I’m pretty sure it’s the weak wifi. Super aggravating

My experience was superb! The facility was clean and the service was professional, honest, and informative. From the history of the business to the tour of the facility, including the merchandise, I was impressed! The actual workout was challenging as expected, but so rewarding. I took the 15-minute HIT cycling sauna class. You should try it! It was 15 minutes of intensity, but it felt great! Don't forget your water bottle when you go!
