I’ve been trying to get in contact with Hotworx for several days now, but no one is answering the phone despite me calling during their listed operating hours. It’s really frustrating to not be able to reach anyone when I have questions that need to be addressed. I expected better communication and customer service.

I love hotworx! I love the way your skin feels after the workout from the infrared and the privacy of the rooms. I feel like I get a good meditation in my little private room and the detox feeling of sweating all of the toxins out. The staff at this location is fun and so friendly. And I never feel I’m being judged for being half naked and the not fittest mom in here cuz when u sweat like this u do not want to be fully clothed in a hot sauna.
Sign up if ur on the fence they offer some free workouts first and it will be a workout done in half the time and burning more calories. u won’t regret it

Highly recommend! Me and my wife have been going for over 2 years now. What started as a few months to get in shape for the wedding, turned into a fitness and lifestyle change. Absolutely obsessed with this place! 🤩😍🫶🏼💯❤️‍🔥🤗 I’ve been working out at various Hotworx locations for YEARS, but something about this location just makes it the best of all. Love the atmosphere, the structure/layout of the studio, the cute notes & motivational sayings on the chalkboard, walls, mirrors, etc., the festive events they put on and fun little challenges so members can compete with one another, all the small touches of lagniappe hospitality that make it such an inviting place and add warmth and comfort while giving off sort of “bff” vibes at the same time lol (like bathroom caddies w/ complimentary hair ties, tampons, etc. & even a blowdryer that you can use if ever needed… just thought that was cool.) And last but certainly not least… the staff here is seriously AMAZING!! Like the best, BEST!! ***Shoutout to my girl PEYTON who is soooo super helpful & always has the most delightful, positive energy!! <3 I just love her!!***

HotWorx is a top tier gym especially for us Dad’s trying to stay in shape and keep up with the kiddo’s! Super clean and the HIIT workouts are great! I normally stick to Hot Thunder (Row Machine), Blast (Similar to an Assault Bike), or the cycle class! I train Jiu Jitsu 5 days a week and the feeling I have when I leave HotWorx is the same feeling I have leaving Jiu Jitsu… Accomplished!

I emailed the manager to give the required two months notice to cancel my membership and she replied with: "you have to come in person and sign off on the cancellation document. I am the only one who can process a cancellation, so my suggestion is to call the studio and make sure that I am here before heading this way." This doesn't seem legal; as long as I provide written notice I should not have to physically come in. I am suffering from major health issues which prevent me from being able to do so. In fact, I had already suspended my account previously because of these health issues. And I just read the membership agreement and it states I can also cancel via certified mail, so she didn't even provide me with accurate, truthful information. And also, she can't even give me a specific day and time when she will be there, but rather I have to keep calling in the hopes she will be there?? HotWorx has absolutely lost my business forever.

Love this place. The staff is so welcoming and kind. The workouts are great for those like me who cannot/do not want to workout on a bike for 2 hours everyday. I get the same burn in half the time. The place is so clean. Hot iso, hot core and hot blast are my favorites so far. Can't wait to try them all. Ps: you WILL sweat.

If you are looking for something different or something to add to your exercise regime, Hotworx of Covington is the place to be! If you are a woman of a “certain” or have hypothyroidism or fibromyalgia, these hot 40 min workouts are fantastic. They relieve stress and muscles aches/pains.

Great studio! Whatever exercise you choose (lots of options!), you get a well-rounded workout in less than an hour. GM Emily, Blake and Ashlyn are always so helpful. Really happy my wife and I joined. This IS the studio to get shaped up!

Love going to Hotworx studio in Covington, La. Emily and Blake are fantastic. They have the saunas ready for your workout before you arrive. Of course only during employee hours. I have been going 4 to 5 times a week. Really feel a whole lot better.

The “gym” is incredible. Perfect size if you’re looking for a fun, fast paced, quick work out to build some sweat-equity. The staff is AMAZING! Price is very reasonable for the perks you get. Feels like a home, family gym! Personally I’ve lost 16lbs in 3 weeks. The app makes scheduling your workouts so easy and helps keep you accountable. Love it here!

Absolutely love this place!!! If you want to feel like you did something productive with your day then you need to join this gym! The staff and owner are so sweet and really organized. I feel so much better health wise since I have started here and I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months. I have nothing but gratitude for this place!! I absolutely love this location! It’s new so everything is updated. It’s clean and the staff is helpful and inviting. Starting my morning in the sauna is my favorite way to start my day. I love that it feels so private. I like working out in the weights area and not feeling like the entire gym might be looking at me. The combination of yoga, cycling and the weight room is perfect for me. The variety and sauna benefits are exactly what I was looking for.

I am a fan! I have been going for about a month now, maybe a little longer, and I absolutely see results. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The "gym" area may be a bit small but who goes to HotWorx for the "gym"?? Give me all the saunas!! If you are concerned about other members not wiping down equipment, just do it yourself beforehand - this facility provides more than enough supplies to keep you sanitized, hydrated and healthy!
