It’s impossible to try cancel a membership for months & they still pull out the monthly membership. From emails, phone calls & I go in person & they still want to charge a cancellation fee. Poor management & customer service. If you’re considering joining advise you to find another gym chain.

Nice facility. However, had the unfortunate experience of spending around 15 minutes listening to management try to gaslight me into believing that my excuse to cancel membership was not justifiable due to other people, of the same race, “not experiencing the same issues”. In addition, to bringing in another employee of the same race, to also inquire if they experienced the issues I experienced..an employee went so far as to tell me, “well how come no other black person has ever said that to me before?”

I’ve been going to this gym since August 26,2022 and I’ve lost 60 pounds! 🔥 consistency is key of course but I can honestly say I’ve never stayed on track this long until I found HOTWORX a gym that keeps me coming back and not to mention just how awesome everyone there is! Makes it easy walking through those doors!

I absolutely love HOTWORX. I get an phenomenal workout in a short amount of time. The staff is Awesome!!! They’re extremely nice, and they’re super knowledgeable about the products and the infrared saunas. I guarantee once you try it you’re gonna love it! I highly recommend HOTWORX!!
