I have been going to Hotworx for years and it is my absolute favorite! I love the way I feel after a workout and great results. Management is also very kind and helpful at this location. Definitely recommend!

Reasonably priced for what is offered, outside of the first purchase of the required 'mat and towel.' Sauna rooms are a little small for tall people (6 ft) like myself. The rooms are supposed to fit 3 people, but strangers don't book over each other, so you do get it to yourself unless you have a workout buddy. This does allow me to stretch out at an angle.

Great location and the manager, Alicia is wonderful. Always does her best to get things taken care of. Only complaints are that more retail was available. Not always fully staffed but the staff there is always friendly and helpful. Studio is clean. Love working out here. Five stars to the staff!

Worst location. Period. Rude and not helpful employees. When I initially came in to join the person I was supposed to meet never showed up. Instead, there was a “new” employee who acted like she didn’t know anything. She didn’t inform my friend and I of anything just wanted to make sure we signed up and someone else would talk to us about everything. Went to the Covington location and that was a game changer. The manager was very helpful and was great.
Fast forward to needing to cancel my membership, the girl was very nice but informed me there was a cancellation fee of $99 which of course no one had informed me of. I am so done with this place. I love hotworx but not the Hammond location.

Being a sweat anywhere member, I was quite disappointed with my trip to this location. If this would have been my first experience with Hotworx, I would not have pursued a membership. Dislikes included:
1. Safety- I choose this company because I felt safe at my home location. Since I travel for work, I loved that I could visit any location. The location is downtown and the door didn’t close properly after the member before me left. At one point, I feel as though some homeless man came in for water off the street. I didn’t see him working out and he didn’t stay long. Additionally, at one point during my workout, there was a guy yelling from the back of the studio. Lastly, parking sucks. I used a parking lot down from the studio but when leaving at night, there were no lights and it didn’t feel safe.
2. The equipment doesn’t appear to be maintained well. All the bikes in cycle had seats that were cracking.
3. Although I visited during business hours, I saw no staff. Product / Merchandise wasn’t secured, lights in lobby were off, members were not held to rules (using Hotworx towel and mat), members wore shoes inside 45 min classes, etc. I scheduled a class and upon getting ready to enter my class, it already had 3 members but that didn’t reflect in the app. The studio was small and apparently cannot support the client base it has. With only 6 saunas, classes were limited. A new location would go a long way!
If you’re considering Hotworx, visit a few locations before making a decision.

After taking a tour and having a couple work outs this place is fantastic! The manager Ms. Maria will help point you in the right direction and even helped me decide what class to start off with .
