I started Hotworx at this location 6 months ago and I absolutely love it! So convenient to take classes around my schedule and everyone working there is always incredibly helpful and all around nice. The manager Tina does her best to get to know her clients personally, and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this location.

I absolutely loved my time at Hotworx! Tina is such a great manager and made my transition into working out there seamless. I started my hotworx journey towards the end of the summer and Tina helped me get the summer deal and helped out when there was a miscommunication by providing me with a discount on a month of payment. She and the other staff at hotworx are absolutely great! The facility smells great and is very welcoming! I will definitely be recommending my friends to come workout here.

I had the worst experience with a manager Tina today. I walked in today to cancel my membership. As I’m waiting she was being extremely rude to one Of the employees there because she was using her computer rolling her eyes at her. She asked for her computer back, and she slams it on the counter And continues to roll her eyes . So as she’s pulling up on my cancellation documents She tells me that now I have to sign an agreement. I said well I’m here to cancel my membership. I don’t feel comfortable signing an agreement. Then she tells me That’s fine if you don’t we’ll just put you in collections. I will never use this place again.

I went to Hot Worx in Marrero to learn more about the gym. The staff member who gave me a tour spoke to me like I was illiterate. She made statements along the line as “I know this may be hard for you to understand” and “make sure you don’t make a mess because I’ll have to clean it up.” I was baffled by her audacity. She is the everlasting impression I have on this gym. Distasteful. On another note, I liked the concept of the gym. I may try a different location for a more diverse feel.

I love Hotworx! I have never enjoyed a fitness routine as much as I enjoy each Hotworx workout. Before joining the Marrero location, I had done several of the workouts at a different location but I was so excited to try out and have access to the cycle, blast and row workouts, which were totally new to me. Emily signed me up and was super helpful with getting me and a friend started with the app and access codes for 24hr entry. The facilities are clean and well taken care of, which is important to me. Short workouts ranging from 15-30 minutes mean I can pop in on my lunch break and I love that! There is no better fitness center in the area! I highly recommend Hotworx and specifically this location if you are in or around New Orleans.

This is a great studio to workout at. The facility is clean and the staff members are phenomenal. There are a variety of workouts to choose from, so your workout routine is always something new. The 3D training allows you to burn maximum calories while detoxing your body at the same time. Bottom line...great place, friendly helpful staff, torch calories, and detox your body.

Came in for a 1 day trial. Person waiting on us was courteous and polite. Got our information and then sent us on our way to try everything out. Very clean. Really enjoyed the cardio work out. I wouldn't sign up for a steady membership but would be willing to pay a day pass or 1 use fee if available.
