They made canceling my membership miserable and charged me an extra $99. They did this despite knowing I had tried to cancel and had not used the facility in two months.

The atmosphere at HOTWORX is super energizing! The infrared heat really creates a cozy vibe while pushing you to sweat effectively. I love how I can feel the calories burning away & the detox benefits. It’s a great place to challenge myself and leave feeling refreshed!

I LOVE coming here and working out! It is great for college students because I can choose a quick workout with my busy schedule! The staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions!! I 100% recommend this location and I have sent a bunch of my friends there as well!

I’ve been coming to Hotworx for a year now and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice and encouraging when working out. I am obsessed with the Hot Cycle session and pretty much have the entire routine memorized. There is nothing better than walking out of the sauna feeling so accomplished and strong!!

ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE staff and experience! They are a bunch of scam artists. They explained to me and 2 others to our face that it was a one time charge of $38. Now they told me I owe $217. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never go back.
