I absolutely love how it works. It has been the best fitness strategy I’ve ever done. I love the infrared sauna, and I love that you can work out in them. I can work out in less time and I get better results. I love the core class and the hot fun class. There’s nothing like doing a hot yoga and Pilates.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since October 1. The manager is never there at a convenient time. Now I’m being told that it’s too late in the month to cancel. The only option offered to me was to pay $9 for a freeze and try again in November to cancel.

I have been going to Hotworx regularly for 6+months. I love the classes/sauna and I also love everyone that works there. If you are looking for something different to add to your exercise program, give Hotworx a try!

I have been going to HOTWORX since their grand opening. I’m always greeted with a smile by each one of the team members. I have met some amazing people!! This is not your typical gym. It’s a group of strangers who dedicate themselves to supporting each other ❤️

I absolutely love Hotworx! The staff is AMAZING and very informative! This is the first gym that I have actually loved coming to since they opened. If you want to work out and really not feel judged, come try them out.

I absolutely LOVE my HOTWORX membership! Not to mention the staff is super welcoming and informative. I’m more of an introvert in working out so being able to do so on my own is a game changer!! I’ve lost 7 LBS so far!! If you were thinking about trying it out, go for it!

Happy to be the first leaving a review. After having a membership for 3 months now, i definitely won’t be coming back. When i first signed up for my membership, i came in for a free class and i sat down with a young lady who went over the contract with me, key points as far as pricing and the time the location is available, etc. Since then I’ve been coming in to a few different classes and i always bring my own mat and towel with no problem. A few weeks ago, the lady who was at work today (sept 20th) approached me after I’d already started my class and said “hey, do you wanna use a HOTWORX mat? Just to be sure yours doesn’t melt.” And i responded, yes even though I’ve used it before. She got the mat for me and i proceeded on with my workout. She not one time told me “Hey, you HAVE to purchase a HOTWORX mat.” I’d never been informed that i absolutely HAD to have one. I came into the location today, and whomever the young lady is working today approached me and said “will you be using a HOTWORX mat today?” Of course I’m still not aware that i needed one, i said yes i guess so. She comes back and has a mat and i informed her i wasn’t paying $75 for a mat, she says “oh it’s $59”. Im already paying $70.11 for a membership, why would i buy a $60 mat that no one ever informed me about in the beginning or since I've been coming into the location period. That’s ridiculous. I won’t be back simply because i don’t like how she spoke to me in a very condescending tone and then she offered no type of resolution for the situation. I’m no longer comfortable coming into this location which I’m sure they don’t care either way. I’m paying for a personal trainer, and i have 2 current gym memberships i pay for as well as HOTWORX. If you have requirements, that’s something that should be discussed the minute i sign up for a membership. They will not be getting a dime form me again. My number is on file if anyone wants to reach me.
