I’ve been a member of Indulge Fitness for over two years and it has continued to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! Learning pole here has increased my confidence tremendously! It has proved that you really don’t know what you are capable of until you try. Also, the instructors are amazing. They have always been kind, supportive, and knowledgeable in every aspect of my pole/fitness journey. Even with changing studio locations, I have always felt comfortable with their environment and teaching style. 10/10!!

I was in desperate need of a daycation and Indulge Fitness provided just that. Just a 2 hour drive away… I decided to do it. Plus BR has a Trader Joe’s but that for another post. Anyway, The aerial silks one on one session was the challenge I needed. I appreciated the encouragement from my instructor who was easy to talk too and had a lot of patience with me. She pushed me to trust the silks and my own strength that I didn’t realized I had . The workout is indeed a workout! Here’s a short video of her coaching me through! I wish they were in my hometown but it’s even more reason to take another day trip!!

I’ve been a member of Indulge Fitness for over 5 years and I truly enjoy the encouraging, positive environment each time I visit. Classes are equally challenging as they are fun and invigorating!

Recently they have moved into a local gym as they offer fitness based pole/silks workouts. Regardless of the change, the owner and instructors always post about location and schedule updates early on.They are also always willing to answer questions and accommodate individual needs. Everyone I’ve met there is down to earth and knowledgeable. In addition, they keep their social media pages up to date in case you’re curious to see what the latest classes look like.

I 10/10 recommend giving Indulge Fitness a try if you are even slightly interested in pole or aerial silks classes. Many people leave inspired and shocked by what they are capable to do each class!

It’s unfortunate that one party has decided to harass a small, local, black owned business via google reviews. If you look at the prior reviews spanning many years, you will find that everyone else has had a positive experience with Indulge. Reminder that pole is a physical activity, so they have always recommended wearing shorts and not wearing lotion.

By the way you should be aware that I WAS INDEED IN ATTENDANCE on 09/14/2024 as I was apart of the bridal party that was scammed. I Along with several members of the party were present when we walked into a SWEATY, HOT, UNVENTILATED, WAREHOUSE with unsanitary green turf which had ONE fly pole and ONE stage pole. Your ESTABLISHEMENT WAS NOT as advertised prior to and on 9/14/2024 on your website and social media platforms at the time of the scheduled 6:30PM CST class. YOU ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as displayed in your responses and actions. Have a Good Day!

My fiancée booked a pole dance class for her bachelorette, and it was a nightmare. The venue was a hot, smelly warehouse with only one pole for 10 people—completely different from what was advertised.

The worst part was their customer service. We spoke to multiple "owners," but no one would give a refund despite the misleading promotion. After an hour of back-and-forth, all they offered were class credits.

Indulge Fitness is unprofessional and not worth your time. Avoid them.

This business is a complete scam. I booked a pole dance class for a bachelorette party, and it was an absolute disaster. The class was held in a smelly, poorly ventilated warehouse turned gym with no air conditioning, and only one pole for 10 people. The false advertising was bad enough, but the customer service made it worse. I had to speak with multiple so-called “owners,” and no one wanted to offer a full refund despite the misleading promotion. They kept us on the phone for over an hour and only offered credits instead of the refund we deserved. Indulge Fitness is unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

It’s unfortunate that Indulge Fitness is choosing to deflect instead of taking responsibility for their actions. Let me clarify the facts: We did not try the class because it was not as advertised on your website. The facility was not the enclosed space with multiple poles shown in your previous photos and videos. Instead, it was a poorly ventilated warehouse with only one pole for a class of 10 people.

Additionally, the video you posted as “proof” was uploaded at 11:49 PM on 9/14/2024, long after our scheduled class at 6:30 PM. Prior to this, all your social media content showed an enclosed location with at least three poles, which is what we expected based on your advertising.

This is the very definition of false advertisement, which is when a business promotes services in a misleading manner that does not reflect what is actually offered. On top of that, your refusal to provide proper customer service by not offering a full refund only highlights the lack of professionalism.

Your response to this review only reinforces the poor service and lack of accountability future customers can expect from Indulge Fitness. I encourage anyone reading this to take caution when booking with this business.

I am so happy I discovered Indulge Fitness. I started classes in mid 2020 when we were still doing Aerial Silks outdoors!

I have loved learning how to pole and getting outside of my comfort zone over the years. The owner/instructors are encouraging and supportive. The environment is really a place where you can work on fitness goals, learn new skills and feel empowered.

I’ve been with Indulge for 2 1/2 years. I had no pole experience. I was introduced to an environment and people that allowed me to grow. I recommend anyone wanting to workout and have fun, just take one class. Before you know it you will be hooked!!!

I signed up for indulge fitness late December, and so far I have been to 13 pole classes and 2 silks classes and I am in love with this place! Everyone is so positive and supportive! It’s good vibes all around and you’re having fun while working out. I was hesitant to sign up at first because I don’t have the best upper body strength, but since I signed up I’ve built it back and feel toned🔥 If your contemplating on signing up, just do it, it’s worth it!!!!!!

Highly recommend if you are seeking to try something new and want a positive environment while you workout.
I started taking pole classes almost 2 months ago because I wanted a different way of working out and I swear Indulge Fitness is my best investment! All of the instructors are encouraging and pushes you past your limits without pressuring or making you uncomfortable. Everyone in the studio are so supportive and very friendly. I always look forward to coming to class. It’s an uplifting experience and I’ve gained much more confidence while also improving strength and flexibility.

Absolutely love this place. I was very shy and not confident before I started. Not only can I see the difference in my body and confidence the other great women in the class make me aware of it. These women that take the class, instructors, and the OWNER are beyond supportive and helpful. The encourage is so real and comforting because this activity isn’t easy. It’s hard work and you have to put in the work if you want to see progress. This experience is what YOU make it. This space is very welcoming and free of judgement. Indulge magnifies your strengths. Best gym ever! I have gotten abs, muscles and gained more flexibility. The people are friendly and very encouraging. The instructors have your best interest at heart! Indulge in the fitness!!
