This is an amazing place to workout. The owners are so nice and very knowledgeable. Christian music is playing while you workout. Scripture on the walls. Lots of well kept equipment to choose from. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. I love it!

Such an amazing gym. I’m glad I found this place!! It’s very clean, open, with a ton of equipment options and classes to choose from. The management is very friendly and eager to help in any way possible. No need to wait on equipment… Can’t ask for more. 🙏🏻

Really excited about this gym. I really struggle staying motivated but whenever I’m here I get greeted with such compassion from the owners to just want to be invested in my well being. Great place to workout and also experience God through fellowship with the people here!

Christian based. Safe Space. Secure facility. The owners are so sweet and helpful. I really like that there’s Bible studies and a prayer room here! There’s equipment of all kinds and turf outside for outdoor workouts. I’m excited theres group classes and the fact that you get to fellowship with others through fitness

I absolutely LOVE this place! The owners were incredibly helpful, and the gym is extremely well equipped. The focus on faith and building people up spiritually is what really drew me in. They're gonna do great things there! What a great addition to the Hammond fitness community!
