Love IronTribe! I’ve never been athletic or fit and at 60 years old I was concerned about joining a gym. I wanted it to be challenging but not overwhelming, fun, and something I didn’t dread doing. I have experienced all of that and then some but the surprise is that I have found a community and made friends. After 4 months I feel so much stronger and healthier and have gained lean muscle and decreased fat, including visceral fat. If you’re considering getting fit, don’t hesitate! It’s life changing.

the staff is really good and knowledgeable like nothing i've ever seen in a gym. The classes are challenging, but not so completely defeating that one dreads showing up every day. The workouts vary enough to keep it interesting over time. I also really like that you repeat the same workout for about 3 weeks and can see improvement from week to week. Then move onto a new workout and start over again. Facility is very clean and nice. Fellow class members are awesome. The workouts address both general strength as well as aerobic fitness. There is really good nutritional support and the on-going inbody analysis allows an empirical way to track progress in body composition and metabolic health.

As a military officer, holistic health, physical fitness, and a leader’s presence are as important as they are expected. I have struggled with these attributes since before I joined the military. I could never commit myself to the consistency and knowledge needed to excel in these areas, primarily because I didn’t know where to begin or trust those giving me advice. The ITF community and coaches at ITF Perkins were exactly what I needed because they were the exact solutions needed to solve my problems. What we call the “whole Soldier concept”, ITF takes a “whole person concept” and ensures equal emphasis is given to all areas that affect holistic health. This is what I like about ITF Perkins. No “quick fixes”. The guiding I needed to master my nutrition and complex movements is everything I could have asked for.

I love absolutely everything about IronTribe Perkins. The workouts are challenging and fun. I’m impressed with the kindness of the staff - especially Austin. But I also had great coaching from Maddie and Cassandra.They seem to care a lot about helping us succeed. I’m also feeling a healthy challenge trying to stick with the workout plan and meal plan and they definitely adjust to make it as intense as I can handle. I respect that. Iron Tribe has been so great for me. The coaches are so personable and encouraging. They take the time to make sure you are doing the exercises right so that you don’t hurt yourself but will challenge you to make sure you are still pushing to be better. There is accountability and community which I really believe are two of the most important key components to lifelong fitness. It’s a family there. I live in Prairieville but work very close to the gym. I thought location would be an issue but I have really grown to love working out at lunch time. The classes are 45 minutes so there is plenty of time to shower, dry shampoo the hair ;) and get back to work. I have really enjoyed the breakup of my day. 10/10 recommend this place if you are looking for a gym, community or a fresh start to making healthier choices.
