Now I understand why everyone goes to the Coushatta gym instead of Karam Fitness. I have had trouble with my key more than once and when I reported it to the workers, they refused to take responsibility and I have had to open the door for other members as well because they can't get in either from time to time. Why would you take a second look after meeting the staff, avoid at any cost.

Work out here a couple of times every time I go to my grandparents house and the equipment is great, has helped me get stronger for sports, the weight was great and it was very good that they did not only have machines.

Very nice gym with all the equipment you need for a great workout, and it’s open 24/7 so you can come anytime you want. I was in town just for a week and was able to purchase a 7-day membership for a very fair price. Thanks Veronica and Jessica for the great customer service and making the sign up process easy!

This a no fuss, no frills, old school vibes, very cool gym. Perfect place for my husband and I to get a workout in while we were in the area for 4 days. If you plan to come, call first, leave a message and someone will get back to you. The Gym is in a small town, it is family owned and not always manned, but has 24/hr access once you're setup and paid. I left a message a day before we arrived and a wonderful person (Jessica) called back the next day and helped us out. We were good to go and we were able to use the gym anytime during our stay in Kinder. Super super sweet and accommodating. Thank you Jessica so much and hope to visit again if we're staying in the area.

Where do I begin with this gym,
If 10 stars was an option I’d easily put 10 stars. The owner, Veronica Karam has an absolutey amazing story and family. She truly cares for her gym and it shows. I was in town for about 5 days staying at a hotel up the road and was able to get a guest pass with ease. I know while I’m in kinder I’ll have a go to gym spot and this is it. Looking forward to my next trip back just to revisit the home like atmosphere this gym emits. Anyone that’s visiting make this your go to gym spot and you won’t regret it!
