Our experience with the Childcare/Kidsports at Ochsner has been great! We’ve had our 2-year-old attend a couple of times per week for the past few months. Azia and Kandace have been especially helpful and have implemented great changes for the childcare, like limiting tv/screen time and adding in daily dancing and art activities. It’s been nice to know my child is in a caring and safe environment while I exercise.

I hope they continue to keep their new changes in the childcare, after all they are affiliated with a hospital and should promote children’s physical and mental health too!

We’ve had a very positive experience with the child care program. Kandace and Azia took time to listen to our concerns and took those issues to staff meetings and made real change. Most notably they reduced screen time for the kids and added some learning structure to the day care program. They have also been flexible at times with the online booking if needed. I would highly recommend this program and hope they keep up the awesome work!

Kidsports was the perfect place for my child's birthday! All the kids played nonstop. There was a provided speaker, mounted TV, tables, chairs, party helpers, drinks, and pizza. We were able to bring some of our own foods, too. The facility was nice and clean. I recommend a sweater if you're not jumping. The ac is freezing cold! The girls were very nice in helping me set up, clean up, and everything in between. Thank you so much for making our event so memorable!

My 2 y.o. has been staying at the childcare for a few months. Whenever my child had an accident, the staff would pretend they don’t see it and not change him, so he would sit in his poop for 1-1.5 hours. Instead, they spray the air in the room so that it doesn’t stink for them. One time they gave his bottle to someone else, of course we never got it back. He’s repeatedly got croup cough after staying there as well.
I think the place itself is great but the staff absolutely neglects the children. Every time I want to go and have a 1 hour workout I think whether it’s worth it and how much harm it will bring to my child. I don’t think it should be this way.

Update: the management reacted to my concern very quickly, had a talk with the staff and apologized to me in person. The next time I went to the gym, my child was taken care of well and without any incidents. I’m thankful for such a quick reaction and hopeful that the team will keep up the good work.

We love kidsports and the staff. My 3
Kiddos (all 5 and under) have been going for 3 years. The staff treat us kindly, the reservation booking system is easy, and it gives mom and dad time to workout and show our kids the importance of taking care of their health too!

We hosted our son's 5th birthday party at Kidsports and it worked out perfectly! The kids all had a great time and it was appropriate for all ages. They had a smaller spacewalk and play area for the toddler/smaller kids. The room itself is very spacous and can accomadate a lot of kids and parents. They had a section with tables and chairs & an area for food/cake/drinks. The party staff was very helpful with helping set up/ decorating and was quick to respond to anything we needed! It also worked out because this particular day it ended up storming, so glad we were able to book something indoors! Would recommend!

Place smells HORRIBLE. Especially the kids play area. I couldn’t stand to be in there for more than a few minutes without feeling ill. The carpet is absolutely disgusting, the plastic steps are dirt and SINKING in. The few games that are there are old looking and could use a wile down.

I had my daughter 4th birthday there this pass weekend. The lights went out at the end (which they had 30-45 left) of the party with kids trapped in the jumpers. When I asked about accommodations for the bill, the response was “they can’t control the weather”. I can’t control the fact that my child party was ruined and now there only offer 20% off and of course that’s only taxes. Worst experience ever!
