KidStrong Acadiana is wonderful! The coach’s and staff are nice, friendly, and so patient with the kids. We have a 1 1/2 year old and a 3 year old who attends and somedays they’re just not super cooperative, but the coach’s cheer the kids on regardless if they’re super happy or a little moody. They are teaching communication, team building, strength, and all kinds of other skills. It’s a great experience for the kids to keep them active! The membership is reasonably priced and absolutely worth it!

Update- My child has grown into independent classes and staff has helped tremendously in that transition. He struggles with anxiety and other sensory issues and they have been more than accommodating to his individual needs!
Update 2-we are in our third year at Kidstrong and I can see a large improvement in his gross motor skills, self control, and confidence!

We love our kidstrong class! The coaches are amazing, intuitive, motivating, and compassionate. They are some of the most energetic, positive people I've ever met. I feel like scheduling is mostly easy, and if there's difficulty with using the app, it's mostly due to user error. The staff is always helpful and informative. My daughter was already naturally athletic, but the coaches have been amazing at helping her focus her energy into completing the assigned tasks. She looks forward to her class all week. Kidstrong has become our extended family. We have made authentic long lasting friends with so many families through the years. Our kids have been in the program since 18 months and they are now 4 and 5. The best part is the coaches’ personalized attention to the smallest detail. The kids really enjoy the chance to lead the class, earn awards, compete with friends, level up, and give out stamps at the end of class. I enjoy watching them grow into resilient, strong, independent, brave, growth minded teammates that can self-regulate their emotions. When the kids consistently ask to go back each week, even despite a tough class…it’s proof in the pudding. Bonus! As a parent, it’s manageable to attend classes and schedule makeups. After three years of the KidStrong program, our son is showing tremendous growth. Our boy has been in the 99th percentile for years. His body grew faster than his balance, strength, and agility. KidStrong gave him the ability to learn two foot jumps, better coordination, and excellent character. The coaches are exceptional and work hard to know the kids personally. They differentiate if needed, and the program instills, not just physical training, but character development as well.

For Veterans Day we were eating breakfast and someone we don’t know was telling us he served our country. WOW! Just wow. I’ve been looking high and low for an extracurricular for my 2 year old. Kidstrong was incredibly fun, and it was a great way to get parents and kiddos active. I absolutely adore how great the couches are with the kids. If you are on a budget, I could understand why the prices might deter you from joining. However, I do think that what they’re doing is worth it. I’m so happy we are a part of KidStrong and I cannot wait to see my son progress in the program.

Our son has learned to be more independent, learned how to jump on his own, do flips, learned a little Spanish, gaining confidence in himself, becoming more brave, made lots of new friends, and we have made new friends too with the parents, lol! The coaches are so friendly and really connect with the kids and they never forget names or even your kids personality!

Since my son has started Kidstrong I have noticed he is more confident, will try new things, and has become stronger physically and mentally. The coaches are always enthusiastic, loving, and somehow manages to keep classes controlled even when things get chaotic. If you are on the fence about signing your child up…do it! You will not regret it!

Both of my children attend KidStrong and love it. We have seen noticeable improvement in their confidence and social interactions in the months since we enrolled them. They also love the physical activity and learning how strong they are! The coaches are very positive and encouraging. We are impressed!
