Great gym with plenty of ammenities and available classes. They gym equipment that requires plates is always lacking. They have 6 different bench press machines and the equivalent of 3 full plates for 3 machines spread through the 6 benches. Then when leg day approaches the plates become more scarce. The gym is always noce and clean and the staff are great. Can we get more plates?

Great classes and very clean facility. Would not recommend if you want to lift weights as that area is very crowded simply because it’s way too small. They have room for about 3 benches in front of the free weights and that’s it.

Will try to make this short as possible..I really was very thankful for this YMCA and thought I would be a rest of my lifetime member, not. Moments ago I was CRUSHED by the news that the facility doesn't accept UNITED HEALTHCARE ANYMORE! so, If that's what you have, forget about it. A lot of folks, especially older and have health reasons for needing memberships and on fixed incomes really need these types of facilities accessible financially. I have severe arthritis and I really needed a clean non public pool to exercise in, it's good for me. I can no longer do the traditional workouts, due to medical reasons so being able to swim to keep exercise going was great. I mean, I feel physically sick right now that I won't be able to be a member here. I cannot afford to pay the required membership fees per month. The comment I'd really like to add will go to another place and I'm gonna opt out from stating it on here, however, I will tell others outside. I want to personally thank the very kind staff tho, especially DOUG, sorry our relationship had to end so soon. He did nothing but be very nice and accommodating to me. And he was absolutely right, I WASNT GONNA LIKE WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN CALLING MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GOT THIS NEWS😡......

Visited on a busy Saturday, just to watch a family friend play basketball. The two staff members began to yell at the crowd on which gym was basketball and biddy ball. As the crowd dispersed, I saw the family member through the glass window, and waved them outside (of the gym). The female staff member continued to yell and say, “it’s through the other door to enter for basketball.” She yelled again, and I was the only person outside waiting for my family member to exit the area (basketball gym - a kid). I exchanged my conversation with the family member, and he proceeded back inside the gym. I addressed her in the professional way as though she should have with me, and said, “I didn’t inquire where I needed to go, and you continued to yell as though I did not hear you the first two or three times..learn customer service in a respectful manner.” The older gentleman at least told me to have a nice day, once I left the facility.

Our membership here is a great investment! So glad they chose this area to build. Has every workout equipment u could imagine or need! This facility is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Nice facilities and friendly staff at the front desk. It’s a real shame that the rules at the pool are not enforced. Do not expect to swim laps in the lanes at this pool. Every time I go there are kids with their parents playing in the lanes. I’ve even been kicked in the chest by a kid while I was already sharing a lane with another swimmer.

Consistently disappointed in the childcare. The facilities are great and they have everything you need but every time I go to pick up my baby she is sat in front of a screen. I’ve called and spoken with them and they apologized but nothing has changed. I’m gone close to an hour each time and they start her out in front of a screen and when I return she is in front of a screen. Today, I walked in to get her and she’s right where I left her, laying in a swing, holding one of the lady’s phones right up to her face. When I asked if she had played at all they just laughed and said she was really into ‘coco melon’, which I do not let her watch. I’m sad that no one plays with her. One time she was the ONLY child present and there were 4 workers on their phones, but she was still sitting in front of a screen. I joined the YMCA specifically for my little girl because no other gym around me offers childcare. I’m so disappointed.
