Coach Garrett is an amazing trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and really works hard to promote and ensure everyone's individual successes. He has really helped me make exceptional strides in my personal fitness and weight loss journey. Additionally, helping me rehabilitate my shoulder, in the process, with mobility exercises and stretching. He is an exceptional trainer and a wonderfully caring person.

Working with Coach Garrett has changed my life. I had no knowledge about health and fitness until I started training with Coach G. I expressed to him what my fitness goals were and he makes sure we work towards those goals every session. I’ve reached fitness and health milestones that I’ve never thought I could achieve. He not only challenges you physically but also teaches the importance of your mindset as it relates to fitness. I’m always in awe with how knowledgeable he is. Thanks to Coach G I’m a baddie :)

Garrett is hands down the best personal trainer I have worked with. He truly cares about his clients and wants them to improve both mentally and physically. The workouts are tailored to everyone depending on your strength and ability. I love coming to train and try to never miss a workout!

As I age (69 years young) my body sure has thrown me some curves….Coach Garrett’s attitude attention to details and professional skills has helped feel better have more mobility and be in less discomfort…….regular workouts with Coach Garrett do the right things for me….

My wife had been hounding me about getting with her trainer Garret to start stretching and moving. I had becoming very stiff over the years from not stretching or exercising. Reluctantly, I finally gave in and have to say that it has 100% helped me . My knees ,hips and shoulders are way more flexible. I am actually to the point where I’m flexible enough to start playing golf Again, after 10 years. It’s an easy 30 minutes twice a week that I’ve been doing on top of doing a couple of days at home for 30 minutes. I hate working out, but I thoroughly enjoyed the stretching and the way it makes me feel after. If you don’t have time to go to the gym like me or don’t want to go Garret will come to your office or your house. NO EXCUSES as my wife told me.
I do it at my office twice a week during lunch. If you’re feeling stiff and not wanting to go to the gym, I Highly recommend giving garret a shot.

Coach Garrett is amazing! If you want a wholesome, complete approach to fitness, he is your man. Personally, I have experienced an atmosphere where I can be who I am, talk about what is going on in my life, and get pushed to my physical limits. A lot of coaches are great for getting in shape, but I have found that Garrett is unique in his approach. His knowledge regarding fitness is vast, and he takes into account the science behind what your body needs. Most of us never take the time to stretch or tend to the other small things that count in the gym like mind-body connection. Garrett will make sure all aspects are covered. You just have to trust the process. He offers individual and group sessions, so you can do what makes you most comfortable. He also offers an AMAZING myofascial stretching experience. Trust me when I tell you it is worth it! Overall, he has earned my five stars. I could not ask for more in a fitness coach!

Working with Garrett really set me up for success in my fitness journey. He really reiterated to me the importance of mentally shifting my mindset to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. With 6 months of training with him, I learned how to execute my exercises with proper form and be more mindful of my eating habits referring to the 80/20 rule. He’s overall a great PT and helped set me up for success as a fitness instructor. Great guy all around!
