I'm glad you're closing, the pool was not very clean. I saw mildew by the pool. This place wasn't very inviting. Bad management, I had a free membership through Lockheed Martin and I didn't want to go for Free !!!

I use the pool daily for water aerobics classes. The instructors are excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. There are also yoga, fitness and cycling classes available. And there are a host of body building and fitness etc., classes for younger and more fit members. The pool is available for free swim and water exercising if you can’t make the morning pool class times and have to go to the gym before or after work. It’s a life changer especially for people looking to attain and/or maintain mobility and balance. Many people come post surgery after being discharged from PT and stay. Pool lap lanes are always available for swimming and swim lessons can be arranged.

I enjoy this gym. I'm comfortable going here. The staff is enthusiastic. They're not pushy salespeople. I've only had good interactions with other members. The locker room is a little dated, but it's very clean. And how much time do you need to spend in the locker room anyway? I haven't seen the hot tub function, but the sauna is relaxing and reliable. The pool... The pool! Indoor. Heated. It's not hot. But in March, an indoor pool is where it's at.

Stay away from this gym if you can!! very racially profiled due to a flux of African Americans using the basketball part of gym day passes have now been cancelled specifically for the basketball court. The gym manager is horrible and inconsiderate of less fortunate people who can not afford the membership every month but can afford a day pass two times a week. I’ve been going to this gym off and on for about 5 or 6 years now and always got the day pass but it wasn’t until recently when we came with a group of African American men and the day passes have been cancelled effective immediately without any notice. Would give this gym 0 stars if I could

The gym manager seems racist. Used to have guest passes for those who want to use gym but because many african american men used guest pass to play basketball, now all of sudden its no such thing anymore.Went from guest passes with a member, to no guest passes at all. Lied to me personally about having military discounts. Picks and chooses who and when he allows to have a guess pass depending on how he feels that day.. definitely racially motivated. He told another coworker he didnt think I, a black male knew anywone who could have a membership to get in.

Nothing gets fixed properly in this gym, the hot tub has been broken or they just d I nt want to fool with it for the last two years. The climbers do not work. One out of 3 works and it sounds like it is about to fall apart. Just recently from my understanding they will not allow you to wait in the vestibual in the morning before opening. These old people ha e to wait in the cold ecause they won't open the doors to let them wait Inside the building in the morning. Poorly managed

I really like this gym when I first started but now half the cardio equipment doesn’t work and is so old. There’s nothing but children all over the place around 5:30pm who do not understand a single thing about gym etiquette and take all the weights off the racks your using in the middle of sets. I’m honestly tired of it and it’s really aggravating. The smell is getting worse in there too. Oh, and why have a women’s only sector of the gym when it’s right next to the exit of the mens locker room??

I signed up for a free pass to try out this gym for the first time, call to confirm and when I got there the woman named Leah working the front desk was trying to charge me $15 for a free day trial pass. I showed her their website and what I signed up for and she still attempted to charge me. I called her boss Bill Boada to let him know what was going in and he stated I'm in a meeting and I can't override her because I'm not there and hung up. Terrible customer service

The staff are hands down the best part of this place. They are super friendly always. However, the girls locker room is disgusting. The steam rooms, I am not sure they are ever cleaned. The seats are always slimy, and they stink pretty much constantly. You can smell the hot pool from 10 feet away. The fitness classes all have disco balls. I am not even joking, and they use them. So you are being assaulted by shinning moving lights while you are trying not to die. The weights are great.

Before you sign up, CHECK THE REVIEWS! This is one greedy facility. Management is really sending their own members, the reason this place operates, into collections for non payment of the months of April to august. (Biggest shutdown times during covid) not thinking twice about throwing them into one of the worst collection agencies anyone can simply speak to. To make it worse, the account was frozen. And with proof, collections doesn’t care and management at the gym, word for word, sold the account and doesn’t care to speak any further. Funny how their own employees agree this is wrong and state how there are other members dealing with the same thing.

All during this time, my unfrozen planet fitness membership did the same. The difference is, planet fitness rectified the issue that same day. Sadly, this is where I will choose to send my money to a corporation opposed to a small business.

Froze my account in march cause of covid hitting and they apparently don't remember talking to me and someone forgot to freeze it. Funniest thing is they charged me from march to august for a memebership i froze but they werent even open because of the pandemic from june on so who went workout for me? now im in collections and a company alco is contacting me and hit my credit. I called the manager today and they said theres nothing they can do cause they sold my file to alco so its not on them anymore. alco told me i must be broke if i cant pay in full and to call back when i get my funds up because i asked if they would settle for less after proving i talked to the gym in march and they were closed during the pandemic.

Less than a star what this place deserves
It used to be one of the best in town but not anymore cause the pool is dirty and dusty lately and I talked to them about how dusty it is and it needed more care and clean

some of the staff are not trained well especially when calling and talking to long term customers
So sad to say it but I’m canceling my membership and not going back there anymore

Great place to work out. It has plenty of weights, a weight room just for the ladies also, racketball courts, a half basketball court, 2 lay down private tanning rooms and 2 tanning beds you can stand up in, ping pong tables, a heated salt water junior olympic swimming pool, hot tubs and steam rooms in both locker rooms and plenty of free classes you can take from yoga to cycling. Not to expensive especially for the amount of options available.

Update: Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars, after negative reviews and complaints, MGMT and I have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Notified them of my intent to cancel over 30 days from now indicated my wife might want to continue but I was out. Sat down in an office, filled out paper work, was told of new rate just for her. Today I am told I was never cancelled and we have to pay for both of us this entire period and another 30 days.
