The tennis courts are largely underutilized at this facility. They have recently re-done the front 4 clay courts. They are quite nice. Some of the back courts are not as nice, as they have a lot of rock coming through, and can be overly wet in spots making them very slick. Over all, a nice facility with a great teaching staff. Joel is wonderful.
On site PT is wonderful!!
The new courts are fantastic!! They have new clay on the clay courts. This was much needed. The new owners are doing a great job from what I can see.
The pool is being TOTALLY REBUILT! I can't wait to see the new pool. This place is on the way UP!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW OWNERS!!

My honest review of this place is that it’s mediocre for the price. The equipment is old and super crowded. I honestly don’t think it’s worth the price. The pool isn’t open year round. You HAVE to be in a year long contract which I really don’t like. Childcare is not free. I prefer the wellness center in west monroe much more.

The facilities are dated but effective; the pool is 25 meters and was great for my workouts. If you negotiate, you could get a decent deal on a temporary guest pass for several days.

The place itself is amazing and has a nice variety of things but the staff is horrible! They’re teens who don’t greet you and talk to you like they’re rushing you to buy something while being rude at the same time. The ones at the front desk are definitely bad for business 😕

Time to burn bridges, I guess. They sent a $200 balance from 3 years ago that I never received any correspondence about to collections. I would have gladly paid this if I knew about it. I had ultimately canceled my membership due to the poor management – the place is practically run by high school teenagers, and it causes problems.
Otherwise, it really is a great facility. My parents were members here in the sweatband days. My dad played tennis with his stock broker/investment peeps. I still have family and friends that go here. The childcare option is awesome, however, if you are a single mom with full custody, just be aware that you will have to pay for a family membership if you have more than one child needing to be in the daycare while you work out. Also, working out while trying to dodge testosterone is uncomfortable and feels like you’re walking into a meat locker. Recently, I have been considering a summer pool membership. Now I will not even do that 😣

Highschool kids working the front are letting hordes of kids come through and not checking if they are members. When I was leaving, I noticed 3 highschool age kids on the outside of the fence yelling for one of their friends in the pool area to get them in.
