We booked a private class with Ash and Jasmine at Nola Pole Dancing for my friend’s bachelorette party, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our entire trip! Both instructors were absolutely incredible; so fun, patient, and full of energy. They made everyone feel confident and comfortable, even the girls who had never touched a pole before.

Ash and Jasmine hyped us up from start to finish, taught us sexy (but doable!) moves, and made sure we laughed the entire time. The vibe was empowering, supportive, and just the right amount of spicy, exactly what you want for a bachelorette celebration in New Orleans.

Aerial Hammock classes are the BEST! Nola Pole is such a fun and welcoming place to move your body! I love Jill and how she gives fill sequences for various levels, and Kinsey/Jasmine are the perfect duo if it’s your first time! Over the last several months I have been executing an exquisite, exciting Nola Pole journey. It has been full of so much #strength and #community and #growth - there has never been a time in my life when I enjoyed exercise or being in a space created for bodies that don't resemble my own.

My work with the team at #nolapole has certainly changed that. Being instructed and cheered on by incredible human beings that both work and play at the studio has been absolutely invaluable to me an a way I find difficult to put into words. I am so grateful! Major shout out to Jill and Alexa who never fail to make me feel beautiful, confident and accepted.

At the end of every class I feel I truly embody a sense of personal accomplishment and progress. It is a wonderful feeling for anyone! But especially for someone with a big body who has never felt welcome or included in a space like this.

Honestly one of the best studios! All of the instructors are absolutely fantastic and everyone’s teaching style is different so there’s always someone new to try if you don’t gel with someone. But they’re all incredible.
