I wanted to share something I noticed today. I've been observing over the course of a few weeks of going here that Tiffany really goes the beyond her job to serve elderly patients with a lot of patience and care. In particular I noticed how she worked with Donald today. Donald is deaf and struggles to see. He needed visual and dental care. She went above and beyond to point him in the right direction is ways his wife used to do from what he expressed to us. Please praise Tiffany for caring genuinely about her patients as people because she deserves it. It made my day seeing her get him the help her needed when he felt no one would help. Thank you Tiffany for all that you do. Continue to keep up the good work, God sees what you're doing.

Hallelujah! Thank goodness for Lauren for pointing me in the right direction with Tiffany. Tiffany spent 4 hours with me designing down on paper ways to help me retain information on how to navigate different parts of your portal to help them make it work for me. I have tried getting this kind of help for almost 2 years and not a single person has helped until Tiffany. I appreciate her ability to multi task and help others while trying to help me as well. She literally made me a My Ochsner manual in design form. I also appreciated her ability to help others around here with non related Obar stuff that really should be handled by an administrative assistant. Please appreciate her she works well. Her demeanor was most professional and yet friendly and very patient with my limitations. Thank you Ochsner for having Tiffany

Brought my blood pressure to get replaced since tech support could not fix it for a few months. I brought my blood pressure to Esna and she was able to fix it literally within minutes. Esna was great and if I have issues in the future I will bring my device in instead of waiting two days for tech support to get back to me. Iβm a participant in the high blood pressure study, Iβm question is why donβt you furnish a blood pressure cuff at the o bar so we can take our pressure while at the gym. I thought that was the reason for that space. And unlike the other reviews Iβve read Ingrid is not friendly or helpful, it seems like itβs an inconvenience to ask a question, this was told to me by a few other members. Thank you Priscilla
