My husband is a Parkinson’s Disease patient. He has been training with Alex for 1.5 yrs. I can definitely see overall improvement in his strength, flexibility and improved balance. These are all areas greatly affected by Parkinson’s Disease. I am very grateful that Ronnie had Alex to train with. Exercise is so important to a Parkinson’s patient and Alex understands exactly what is needed to maintain his independence and feel his best.

Wow and thank you Alex! I squatted down this morning to put air in my tires and noticed my low frog position, then panicked that I may not get up! Well, to my surprise I got up with ease, and then thought about the classes I’ve attended for the past 4 weeks with Alex. The improvement in my strength, flexibility and stability is astounding!!!
