We are a locally owned and operated full service health club which proudly provides our community with a clean facility to workout in and a friendly staff to help meet your needs full time. We have a large weight floor, cardio area, indoor walking/running track, ladies only training room, saunas, Rogue rig, and power lifting platform. Our smoothie bar is open during normal business hours and provides only clean ingredients in our delicious shakes. We offer the world's leading group fitness classes - Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, Core, Tone and RPM are offered, as well as, Zumba and Tabata. Personal Trainers are on staff to help you meet your fitness goals. We look forward to welcoming you and becoming part of your fitness journey.

Good gym. They have a cute little ladies only section with a few machines. Most machines they only have one of. On the smaller side. Isn’t 24/7 unfortunately. Gets very crowded around 5-7pm. Good enough for being in such a remote area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

We became members here about 2 months ago and we love it. The staff and other members have been very friendly and welcoming. The gym is always clean and we have not had any issues with the equipment at all. Everything is always in tip top shape.

Hi I had been going to this gym for about 4 months before I was transferred to Nashville From what I’ve see the peak performance gym here in Cutoff is a much better gym,better equipment, the staff is Much friendlier and helpful and the trainers to be honest are much more competent as far as their knowledge caring and expertise

My wife and I joined this gym almost a year ago. We started our journey with the Lose It to Win It Partner Weight Loss Challenge. After going just one time we quickly noticed that Peak is no ordinary gym...its a family. We fell in love with working out again, when you walk in everyone has a smile on their face and they make you feel welcomed. I would recommended this gym to anyone!! Peak has the best staff, super friendly and helpful. Super clean, tons of equipment, exellent smoothies, free classes, lots of competitions and they even have a woman's only workout room. Tons of stuff to do here. Well worth the money. I actually love going to the gym,now and I owe it to Peak and all of their staff.

Well its a fun happy place to enjoy your workouts. The smoothie bar is amazing. I love the tanning bed and sauna. My favorite part is the counseling when I'm having a bad day and they even let me be the door greeter
