Edit: im about to switch gyms. There is a woman who comes into the bathroom to "clean it " every morning at 730 when men are trying to change, shower and use the facilities. I've asked the staff if she could wait til after peak shower times are done so she's not in a room full of men who want their privacy. They have done nothing. Imagine the outrage if a dude was hanging out in the ladies room for 45 minutes "cleaning it" .

Friendly and available staff. All the latest exercise equipment. You really need to wait on an exercise machine because there are multiple of the same. The black card is the way to go. It's like having a free spa day whenever I need one.

I think it’s a nice touch to be greeted as you enter an establishment bc most ppl don’t value a simple hello! But PF Covington is by far one of my favorites and I have traveled and visited multiple locations and still enjoy returning home to my original location. I absolutely love taking the core strength and lower body classes with Joe! She is awesome when it comes to motivating you to meet fitness goals. She has help me personally meet my weight loss goal of 60lbs!! 🥰

My fiancée tried this out for the new year and wanted to cancel. She got sick so she had to wait and because of that we had to pay the annual fee. Excellent excellent excellent. I can't describe how much I love this place. I've gone to different gyms over the years, but never a PF. It's really amazing and it's impossible to say how comfortable I feel here. They really are a "no judgement zone." I love it. It motivates me to go a lot more often than I ever have. It doesn't hurt that most things are purple (my favorite color)!

You can never cancel the membership, you try and do it online, but they keep taking your money each month. When you call them they tell you, you it's up to the manager. So you call the manager and they tell you, you have to come into cancel So I went up there twice but the manager wasn't there, so I finally go when the manager is there and I'm told I don't need the manager to cancel.SO I finally cancel after months of getting the run around on the 11/11/24 The email they send me says my last billing was 10/17/24. But on 11/18/24 they charged me again, and tell me there's nothing they can do. It's all a rip off.

I’ve been coming to this gym off and on for over a year, with no problem until recently. Planet fitness claim have a non discrimination policy however, even though I have declined having my picture taken for religious purposes prior to new management and it was fine now I have been harassed to have a picture taken, when I advised them to refund my membership, I was told no because you signed which I did and which the no picture wasn’t a problem due to the non-discrimination policy that is until Ramal and Brittany thought it was, his solution is to take a picture of my DL ID which is never shown unless I’m pulled over or cancel my membership with out restitution.

Id like to say I’ve come here for many years and I’ve always had a good experience overall. Friendly staff and never had a problem with anything I love working out here. Until I came in last night around 8ish me and my boyfriend were trying to scan in but i didn’t have my card so while we were waiting because there was only one person on duty and she was busy with a customer which is understandable and she was really nice, a male staff member comes in, he is RUDE first off doesn’t even say hello he just says “what do you need” and then I telll him I need to get in but I don’t have my card he proceeds to tell me to pull the app up when he can just look my number up and make it simple since we’ve already been waiting 5-10 min but I pull it up anyway, I’m not familiar with any of it I’m just trying to find the barcode so I can just scan it and goooo work out but entire time he was just rude, not patient, not helpful AT ALL. Normally don’t like writing a review like this at all but pls do better, treat people with kindness and don’t take out your anger on other people. I will still comeback bc I love this place but I just wanted to give y’all feedback!

I go to a lot of different planet fitness’s and buy a water bottle every time..
With my black card they give it me for a flat rate $1 this one charged me $1.08 not that the .08 is a problem just the simple fact ..
And the main reason for 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because THERE WAS NO HOT WATER . So I was forced to take a cold shower! 👎🏽

And the club closed at 10 on a Friday! Lame 😒 but better some other states where they close at 7 and 8

Disappointed with their staff. Incapable of properly terminating a membership. They claim you have to go in to cancel your membership, and after going in and signing, they never actually cancelled it and charged us again for another month. I’ve been tanning for years. Tanning facilities that are not trying to Nickel and dime/ Price gouge their members can easily have pairs of tanning goggles to “borrow” and return. This would very simply comply with local laws and regulations as I have already checked into it. Your move PF. Will you continue to rip off your guest? This gym is already over crowded constantly with people on their phones sitting on equipment that they are not using. When alerting management they do nothing. This is by far the worst PF I have ever been to and I’ve been all over the country to them.

After being a black card member for over 5 years and watching this facility become so over crowded that exercise is no longer feasible. Tonight I walked in and walked out! There wasno point in even warning up. Additionally, I've come since December I've come down with the Flu and Covid 19 both after visiting this now over crowded gym. I love being at the Covington gym. Everyone makes you feel like you’re part of a family. Laron and Rihanna are great managers. They make sure the gym is clean and safe. I have personally worked out with Jo and she knows her stuff. She makes sure you have good form and if you can’t do a certain exercise then she will customize it to your needs.

Great atmosphere with high ceilings, and well air conditioned spacious gym. Large selection of excellent machines. Love the relaxed “No judgement “ atmosphere. Also value the app which lets you know if the gym is busy at the moment. I find that the majority of the times I go there are enough machines that I don’t have to wait. My husband feels that the exercise equipment is the best of any gym he has belonged to. Also appreciate the outreach to youth with the free summer program for teens 14-19.

Always clean. Friendly staff. The massage beds and chairs are a great plus after a long workout. There’s plenty of sanitation stations around to clean equipment after use! Only ever have trouble getting equipment when it’s super busy in the afternoons. They also have clean changing areas, bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms. The gym is organized and easy to navigate for people just starting their fitness journey.

The staff and management, first and foremost, is really great! They are very personable, friendly, helpful, hard-working, and just consistently top notch. The facility is wonderful as well. It's very spacious and has a vast selection of weights, cardio machines (treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals etc.) and fitness equipment/machines. There is more than enough at this facility to get a great workout in, regardless of your fitness goals or training regiment; Planet Fitness Covington fits the bill for sure! The entire facility is always extremely clean and the wonderful management and staff do an excellent job to keep it that way all the time. I really cannot say enough positive things about the Planet Fitness Covington facility and staff! Great people and great gym that I recommend to friends, family, and acquaintances all the time and will continue to do so!

Some support bars in the restroom and showers would be great. People trying to regain their fitness can have balance issues.

Not crowded, equipment in good shape. However, staff is disinterested and flooring/equipment are both very dirty. 30 minute room has not been vacuumed in at least two weeks (been looking at the same dirt on the floor). All equipment dusty/dirty. It's a surprise as every other planet fitness I've been in has always been spotless. Would give it 5 stars if they would clean.

New here, ganna try it out for the month and see how it goes, was very confused why the guy at the front was very short and rude with me, he didn't want to help me. I went in and asked how to log in and he seemed annoyed rudely asked if I had the app when I showed my memenership email, I said no but I'll download it so I did, then he seemed impatient waiting on it to load and for me to log in, he scaned it then walked off, I was trying to ask questions on how to sign up for the masage chair or tanning both but he just walked off when my friend asked for his name he said Jordan..., the next vist I saw him giving a tour to what looked to me another New Memeber, I asked another employee what his name was and was told Landon. This was after I has heard he had told someone I know they were fat. So now it has me quriose if this was just a me thing or what? My friend again asked for his name and he again said 'its Jordan by the way". Well thank you Jordan / Landan for not showing me around and not explaining anything to me 👍.
