Extremely dirty club. Unfriendly staff, that is more concerned about sitting on counter swiping through their phones, no friendly/welcoming atmosphere. Tanning beds are disgustingly dirty under the plexiglas - just a sign of managerial incompetence. The same goes for the bathrooms. Time to quit !!!!

Nice gym and always clean. I come for the treadmill and the stair climber. There are only four stair climbers in the gym. I have had to go without the stair climber portion of my workout due to all four stair climbers being used at any given time. It would be nice if they replaced 2-4 treadmills with stair climbers as there are always empty treadmills.

Does not follow planet fitness guidelines/club rules at all. People slam weights and they don’t turn on the alarm. No one follows the dress code girls are constantly in their sports bras and guys in tank tops. It’s always loud and there’s always guys yelling, being obnoxious, grunting, running and screwing around. Not to mention they close so early on the weekends it’s one of the worst PFs I’ve been too and I’ll be letting upper management know.

I am only writing this review and giving it five stars for one specific employee named Gian. I have been calling four months trying to cancel my membership that I’ve been paying for since 2018 and have gotten the runaround that I would have to pay out of balance for an account that I never had that they said, went delinquent, when I called today, Gion pulled up the correct account saw that I had already paid my bill canceled. It gave me my prorating with no complaints and under two minutes so polite really appreciate it.

Well this place has been going down hill fast over the last year! Dressing rooms smell worst than a dog pound and not clean everyday. The wall divider of the stall next to the urinals has so much urine on it from not being cleaned since who knows that it has acidized and falling apart. ALWAYS empty paper towels at majority stations. Water station filter light has been on over a month. I can keep going with more and pictures. Meanwhile we have a crew of kids behind the counter talking and playing on their phones their whole shift. Guess there is no check list of things to do and could care less about your investment, just a free-for-all I guess!

I don't know what is going on with Houma Planet Fitness lately the women's bathroom is disgusting! It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The toliets & sink are gross. No toilet paper constantly or no soap. Trash is overflowing in the cans of the gym.

I’m in Houma 2 weeks a month and have been going to this location for over a year. It’s VERY crowded and at times not worth waiting for the crowd to thin to get a productive workout. I’ve noticed that when a machine is broken, it’s broken for months to include the hydro massage tables which from a paying customers perspective is 100% unacceptable. The water fountain builds up black mold and has to be brought to the attention of the staff before it gets noticed.
Overall, it’s like most PF locations, over crowded but you can get a good workout if you’re patient.

It used to be squeaky clean, but now all the machines and the floor around them are covered in a layer of dirt, hair, and grime. ALL the machines look like these pics. I see dustbunnies swirling around on the floor every day. Dodie used to have the employees moving & cleaning under the machines and wiping everything down on a regular basis. Now that shes gone, it's getting gross. I see trash/paper towels stay in cup holders for days. Paper towels dispensers are often empty also and you end up having to try several ones to find paper towels. I've been here since it opened and really liked it but sadly it is going downhill fast. Not to mention all the people who tie up machines sitting just talking on the machines every morning. (the old guys). Nobody says hello or have a nice day when you leave either.

Nice chill environment. The people and staff are very friendly. You can get a great massage in the massage chairs. There's a Hydro massage bed for a deep tissue massage if your looking for that too. There's a total body enhancement machine to kick your work out off . You can really work up a sweat on that thing. It's totally awesome and then you have tons of treadmills and plenty of other work out machines. There are instructions by each one and also staff to show you how to use them also. Overall it's a great gym and the price is nice too. You can pay $10 or $24 monthly.

As some one who has always struggled with weight, this is the best gym as far as feeling comfortable. The people there (employees and patrons) are supportive of you being there at whatever fitness level you are in currently. I’ve never had issues with any one, the facility is clean and updated, the price is definitely affordable, and the hours are convenient.

I love the massage chairs to give myself an award after my workouts. The layout of the gym is easy and spaced out well. I like that the different workout options are in sections of the space. I like the color coated machines that tell me what body parts I am working out each day. The bright color decor makes it exciting and inviting to workout. The locker room is clean. And it's nice that you have a seperate private dressing areas within the locker room.

I am an overweight person and I won't lie, I was scared to come here because of past experiences, but when my cousin dragged me here, I didn't want to leave. I love it here, everyone is so accepting and nice. Most of the machines come with instructions so I didn't have to struggle to use it. I just wish I wasn't on the free summer deal. I'm gonna be sad when it runs out and I can't afford a subscription.
