This place is horrible!!! My son had his stuff in a locker and someone stole it. He just moved there and had nothing. The keys his wallet all gone. The manager wouldn’t show up for them to check the cameras. How sorry is that so they definitely don’t care about their customers. Don’t join here!!

Gym is always cleaned and was recently updated with new equipment. There is plenty of space to workout and move. Employees there always acknowledge you and offer kind words of encouragement. I see them interacting with people and helping those that may be unfamiliar with equipment. Never have to wait to use equipment in the black card spa.

I've been associated with planet fitness since 2006. I'm not impressed when I walk in to see them having to stand there to Great members. If anyone that is ever had a job where you had to stand all day. Come Sunday you're already dreading monday. They should have chairs they used to have those cushion ones shaped like hands, with LSU colors. They should bring them back and possibly offer for sale. Anyway, get those people some chairs to sit in behind that desk! If any member would complain, let them take their little money elsewhere.

Equipment is as it should be and working well, very rarely does one have to wait for a turn on weight or aerobic machines, very clean and spacious space with a comfortable temperature maintained, spotless showers, extremely polite and knowledgeable staff, members of various races, ages and ethnicities. Hours are convenient as is parking. Feel safe there.
Only negative is something that is just my individual taste. The music is not always in line with what I like.

Moss St. location: Very rude front desk staff. I was not even acknowledged after logging in to use the chair massage. It would have been nice if they had said ma’am I’ll be right with you. Straight up ignored me. Pretty pathetic behavior to encounter when you’re paying for a service. Do not recommend.

First let me say all employees are very pleasant and helpful with any questions or issues. They are constantly cleaning all equipment, floors and walls.
