There is a lady that works the graveyard shift that creeps me out . She will walk right up on me as I working out and the. Want to clean the tool I'm on. And if I decide to go into the locker room and will follow and start cleaning things around me. It's not normal and feels like I'm being harassed and I don't like that. I just left but I know others had the same experience with this person

I would love to rate this location higher, but the restroom/locker room area was unacceptably dirty with no tissue in some stalls midday. The temperature is hot and the ceiling fans are always set to super slow, unlike the other locations. It makes it uncomfortable to enjoy a workout. The staff are friendly. There is a vast array of equipment-all in great condition. Parking is sometimes dangerous due to inoperable vehicles being repaired in the parking lot and taking multiple spaces.

I believe the issues in this gym are entirely fixable which is why my review is mixed.

The staff was amazing. The place was clean. But the machines were a bit wore out. And they offered no pads. I travel for work. So I've seen alot of gyms. I'll go back. But I've never been to a planet fitness that has no pads at all.

I love the location, staff & new equipment. I dislike the dirty shower curtains, no hooks for the showers, and the very low water pressure. You can't get any water from the water fountain and barely can take a shower due to the super low water pressure.

I went to try to transfer my membership to my daughter. She had called the day before to ask if that was possible, was told yes, and hung up on before she could ask her next question, which was to make sure the age was allowed. When I got there, there were three employees, all in uniform, all standing at one computer station. None of them looked up or acknowledged me waiting for two minutes. Then one, the one I dealt with for the rest of the interaction, mumbled to ask what I needed help with. I told them and her and the one behind her immediately, loudly, said they could not do that since my daughter is not 18, I said that's fine, I want to cancel my membership then. The girl mumbled again to hold on. Then mumbled again to ask my phone number. I gave it to her loud and clear, but she was still focused on the conversation behind her and asked me two more times for my last four digits. The last time I raised my voice to ensure she got it. She actually took a step back and asked me if there was a problem. I of course said no, but now I really feel there is. I've never dealt with such rude workers there.

Maybe management or owners need to take a look at how customers are being treated. Getting hung up on or accused of being the problem doesn't sit right with me. Maybe customer service should be performed by those with more skill or with more compassion. While in the past I've cancelled and renewed with planet fitness, that will no longer be the case.

(Precious review) Very clean and usually not very busy. Wait times are minimal to none and the equipment is well taken care of.

Came into town for a work visit and second stop was the nearest PF. Just before 10pm and the gym was nearly empty, aka perfect! I noticed how extremely clean everything was and how the pulley equipment attachments were all neatly put away. Worked arms without issue and headed to the locker room. Again, the area was very well kept and everything worked as it should. Great gym, very clean, and staff (one sweet Lady) was super friendly!

Love that this location offers 24 hours! The staff is friendly and helpful. Bummer that it really needs some TLC/maintenance. Several machines were down. The woman’s locker room had a few fixtures broken and a toilet completely down.
Hopefully they can get it together! It’s a huge location with lots of potential!

The staff is friendly and keep it clean. The machines are plentiful but not over jammed packed to where you feel claustrophobic. They have plenty of TV to look at while on the treadmill, elliptical, and bikes. Helps keep my mind distracted and my walk faster. I enjoy coming here. All the employees are very friendly, except one. She’s always at the front entrance smoking. She never acknowledges you when you speak to her. Staff was to busy on their phones to be any help. 2 out of 3 sink's did not work,2 out of 4 showers did not work. Mold&mildew in showers,and on shower curtains(2) that had curtains. Restroom&shower area dirty. I have traveled all over US. Worst PF I have ever been in. It certainly does not meet PF standards. Will never go to this location. Black Card member.

I've been a member of this gym for well over a year. The evening & night employees I've never had an issue with. However, the daytime employees are different. Too busy working out themselves to do their job. They never EVER answer the phone. They act like it's an inconvenience to walk up & speak to a person that's standing at the welcome desk. If they do speak to you they're constantly looking you up & down making a person feel uncomfortable. I mean, if you only come to work to workout. Maybe you should get a different job. We are all at the gym for the same reason. There's no need in not doing the job that you're being paid to do.

I have not once walked in there and EVER been spoken to... yesterday I walked in and stood for 10 min because she was doing something and another was smoking. The young lady that works here is incredibly unpleasant.. She never greets me... she just puts my time on clock and barely says its ready. I have even tried to compliment her one day and barely got a smile. Its heart breaking because she may be walking through something but it is no reason to treat customers so badly. It makes me want to drive far away to tan.. no one deserves that. :(
