I’ve been experiencing overcharges from this gym for the past months. Despite reaching out to the owner multiple times to resolve the issue, I’ve been given the same response every time: that he will look into it and call me back. Unfortunately, he has never followed through. This ongoing issue has been frustrating and disappointing, as I’ve made several attempts to get this resolved, but I’m left with no response. If you're considering signing up for this gym, I’d strongly advise you to be cautious. It’s clear that customer service is lacking, and it’s a shame that they’re unwilling to address billing concerns in a timely and transparent manner.

Man I don’t leave reviews at all! But for this experience I definitely had too! I was visiting town and needed to hit a workout and I was a college athlete so my standards on equipment is pretty high! It was AMAZING! The equipment quality, equipment quantity, and atmosphere was amazing! The owner stopped his workout just to say hey! This place is 10/10! WILL BE BACK WHEN I GET TO TOWN AGAIN!

I joined Prep Fit while on a 14 day assignment in Natchitoches, Louisiana and the owner Brian Hicks sold me a 30 day membership and told me he would give me instructions on how to not have my membership renewed when my assignment was up. The day I left to return to Houston I told them to make sure my membership did not renew and subsequently made five phone calls to the Prep Fit staff and asking for their assistance as well as their third-party billing company. I was charged a monthly $79 renewal fee plus if I tried to cancel, they wanted another $49 to do so. This was not what I was promised when Brian signed me up for a monthly membership of over $120. In all it costed me approximately $250 to work out at this gym for 13 days. Great Jim great people, but think twice about engaging financially who doesn’t care what they promised to get you to sign up. As of this post no one from Prep Fit has reached back out to me! BEWARE!
