There’s a reason why lagree Pilates is very popular along the entertainment community in Burbank California. I’m so glad it’s here available in Covington because it truly is an all over body workout. I love how we work out one side of the body separate from the other side because At other gymsoften I will favor one hip 1 leg one quad, but with this Pilates on the Lagree machine, I can’t do that. I have to work out the one side at a time.

I took a class with Blythe and she is amazing! She made me feel comfortable and gives clear adjustments to make the movements easier if you are new or more challenging if you really want to push yourself. I will definitely be going back to her class again.

I just moved to the Northshore and was looking for a great pilates studio. They teach a different method of pilates that I had not done before. It was amazing. They really do work every part of your body. The instructors are super nice and challenging. Very cool place.

I love Pilates Plus! I started coming here in 2018 as my go-to studio when I am on the Northshore. The class is a tough workout, but the instructors here were encouraging from my very first class.
When I started doing Lagree, I had only really done cardio (running, dance, etc.), HIIT, and yoga. I now think of this as by far the best way to work out—you can really feel your body become stronger and more capable the more you do it. At the same time, it’s low impact and hasn’t been tough on my knees and ankles like lots of cardio it HIIT classes out there.
I highly recommend to anyone who wants to expand their menu of strengthening/toning workouts or even an exercise newbie who is dedicated to feeling a change in their bodies.

Finished my first class today, and it was amazing the instructor was very helpful and encouraging. Friendly environment. The class was challenging, and I left feeling very fullfilled. For anyone looking to up their weight trainning in the gym give this a go you won't regret it.

I love this workout! I have been going to Pilates Plus in Covington for approximately 6 months now and I can see and feel a difference. I am definitely stronger. For me, the workout is challenging because you have to focus on different aspects at one time (muscle group, balance, core, breathing) but it has never felt impossible and you are not expected to tie it all together right away. It is a consistent work in progress that has improved my strength, balance, and coordination. My clothes fit better and I have more confidence. All of the instructors are wonderful. They all have a different teaching style, which keeps it interesting and they are incredibly helpful in keeping you focused and motivating you. There are days when I feel energized and motivated to push myself and other days that I take it easier, but I am patient and kind to myself on those days because showing up and sticking to a workout has always been half the battle. I feel physically and mentally great because of the workout and it only takes 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week.

Love this studio so much! The classes helped me to stay disciplined with exercising. It was something to look forward to each day! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and excellent at motivating you to push yourself! I felt myself getting stronger every class. I'm so glad I found this place! Although each workout is challenging I totally look forward to each class. After a few sessions I felt stronger and after 19 sessions I am stronger with more endurance and now better balanced. I definitely recommend!!!

I’ve worked out here for two years now and pilates on the pro former machine has totally changed my body. The shape, everything. Brande and Jordan are great! For an intimidating environment with the machines, they really take the time to make sure your form is correct. The classes are always challenging! The workouts require concentration so I love going at the end of a stressful day where my mind must be focused on the moves instead of work.
