I am over 70 and have chronic upper back issues, but the equipment they have here is so smooth I can hump it and my back feels exercised, but not hurt. Furthermore, the PT are excellent, I have not used one, but I have watched them closely. It seems like that whatever type of shape someone is in they will find the perfect workout.

Great gym! Big enough to compete with the conglomerates but apparently one owner. Friendly staff, clean environment and awesome equipment!! Never seen some of this stuff before! I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

Joined Ron Dunnigans in June of 2018 and have been extremely satisfied ever since. The equipment is extremely well kept and people friendly as can, both staff and members. With free towel services and showers and sauna no one can beat it. Plus It’s never too crowded. If you’re looking for a local, clean place to stay in shape I highly recommend Ron Dunnigans.

I needed to find a gym where I find comfortable and was clean. I really like the atmosphere, the gym is really clean, and the equipment is in good condition. It's also one of the few places that has a sauna in the locker room which is wonderful.

Almost to the end of my 2 year membership i signed up for and i will renew again for another 2 years...family plan is about $60 a month, while a tad pricey, its the cleanest gym I've ever used, cleaned regularly... Ron and his son Tad are both super friendly and I have worked out with Ron on several occasions and his knowledge with 30+ years of experience in the fitness arena... truly a great gym that isn't a meat market or a place where one feels intimidated or judged... all around a great place to workout that isn't over populated!

My wife and I have two kids and it is difficult to find time to go to the gym, plus trying to find a sitter every time you go is expensive. At Ron's they have free childcare. This makes all the difference in the world!

Also, sometimes going to the gym can be overwhelming due to feeling insecure about how you look, not knowing much about the machines, or the concern for what others may think of you. At Ron's Fitness Center this is not the case. He has created a place where any and all can feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the professionalism, how helpful and courtesy the staff are. I can come in and workout for an hour, shower up and head back to work. Ron provides everything I need; soap, shampoo, and towels (at no extra charge). They also give you 3 free training sessions! Love this place!
