I have been trying to use the static bicycles since I joined three years ago. Everytime I go, they are still out of order. And now half of the treadmills are also down. The attendant was very apologetic, and said they are waiting for parts. Three years??? I will not renew the membership in 2025.

I forget who asked the phone when I called but he was so nice and kind. I have been gong to the Metairie and Lakeview locations but the Kenner location was very nice. Very clean and a lot more space and equipment than Metairie. I was able to show my friend (who is just starting out) how to use all of the machines. I'll be going to the Kenner location more often.

Great Place . Just needs To Lock It’s Doors And Make Sure No One Is Using The Equipment Or Inside The Facility Without A Valid Membership. My favorite Gym Nice And Compact But Has Everything You Need. I’m just concerned About The Protection Of It’s Members . Love The Place . Definitely Recommended!!!

I’ve been going to this gym for two years now and I really like it. But I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the past two weeks because I relocated to another part of town and it’s more convenient for me to go to another gym. However, I’ve tried calling to see when the staffing hours are, and for the past two weeks, no one answers the phone Could be in the morning in the afternoon or in the evening, so can someone please read this email? Let me know when I can come in so I can cancel the membership. I was ideally trying to do it two weeks ago so that I wouldn’t be charged in May for a membership since I’m not going to be going to the gym in May but regardless please if you see this comment and reply to it that would be great. Thanks

Kenner - I am a member and no one answers the phone. I text and was told staff would be available at 3pm. Most the time no one is available as staff. Disappointed in this establishment

Snap of kenner is awesome.i was going to Elmwood and not taking away from another gym bug I like snap more.its peaceful and haves all the right machines and good selections for different workouts.ill wear a snap fitness shirt with pride I love it here

Man I've been trying to activate my membership, and there's no way it takes me this long to activate I've called 2 days and no one seems to answer they respond to my emails but takes them another day to answer or sometimes not even nothing ,there is no way it should take this long

I had an awesome and smooth experience signing up at this gym. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the gym is super clean. I highly recommend joining at snap fitness if you want a good workout environment and a great staff!

Kenner and Severn Snap fitness are on point due to the new management. Clean, safe, and fun place to do multiple workouts. Plenty of machines, free weights and various training plans. Love the place.

This gym used to be great . At one time it was a joy to go in and work out . The planet fitness opened up and it went down hill . I’m guessing because the place lost a bit of members . Equipment started breaking and it was taking days for it to get fix . The place already had limited equipment to begin with . Also another issue is I had a card on file and 3 months in a row it wasn’t charged but it was the same card I always would pay with I updated it every time online when I would get the email that my payment don’t go through . The thing is I would pay with the same card it said wouldn’t go through and get charged a 20 dollar late fee . I brought this issue up to staff without it ever being solved . So I decided to move on to another gym .

Staff is so unprofessional usually she's just sitting there talking to another man EVERYDAY !!Asked her where's the water fountain she acted like I was disturbing her .BTW there no water fountain at kenner location and NO REAL bench with 45lb bar or decline just that Smith AKA help me machine ..

Not usually crowded with enough equipment for a general workout. Kind of a let down when the boxing bag was removed after only a few days of being up. Not sure if it was someone's personal bag or snaps. Wish they'd being it back.

The staff at this location is very rude. I am an emergency contact on someone with a Snap Fitness membership and because they couldn't reach the member on the phone she called me. It scared me to death. She started out" "You are his emergency contact on file" and I thought immediately something happened to my son. She didn't identify right away who she was with or why calling. She then proceeds to tell my his scan card should work now. I was shocked someone would call an emergency contact for that. The unprofessional girl on the phone told me she was calling me because he gave them the wrong phone number. I asked what phone number she had on file and it was in fact his correct phone number. I told her it was his number I had just spoke to him on it. She said the number doesn't work. I said when did you try to call it? She said just now. I said I suggest you try it again, you may have dialed it incorrectly. She hung up on me. I tried to call back to get her name and she hung up on me again. The incident was reported to the owner. When I find out her name I will post it here.
