Ms. Elaine is an excellent owner, she does a phenomenal job keeping the gym clean, is always upgrading equipment, and is very responsive whenever I reach out with issues or concerns. I worked out here for several years before moving and I’ll be hard pressed to find a better gym. Highly recommend

Honestly one of the best gyms around. Super clean, not cramped, very diverse crowd as well. The owner is awesome. Goes ABOVE and beyond to keep the gym current, machines well taken care of and listens to the feedback of the members. Local family and very involved in the community. Can’t brag on them enough!

Just talked to a lady over the phone, was rude to me for no reason and had an attitude the entire time. A customer from over there called the same lady and told me she talked to him the exact same way.

I absolutely loved how comforting Elaine made me feel. She also was clearly not doing her job for the money she is there because she genuinely cares about each persons progress and health. Very clean. I am a larger woman and I felt comfortable walking there and not feeling judged.
