Sent an email on 7/20/2024 trying to change from a family plan to an individual plan and received no response. I have called multiple times and no one answers.

Needs attention. They “encourage” members to clean equipment but don’t enforce it so no one does. A lot of the gym is dirty (equipment, mirrors, bathrooms, etc.) Most of the equipment is old and breaking/broken and doesn’t work the way it is intended, i.e. the two benches. Overall the place just needs a little more upkeep.

Perfect place to concentrate on a late night workout.Trying it out and really impressed with the setup,cleanliness and peaceful environment at night.They have all of the necessary equipment for anyone to get in shape,and it really appears that management stays on top of keeping all of the equipment working properly without any equipment ever having a BROKEN sign on it,like other small and large gyms regularly have.And I love how easy it is to get there,either by West Esplanade or down Causeway if taking interstate to get there.After being a member of most health Clubs and Gyms in thie Metairie and Greater New Orleans area over the past 35 years,this SNAP FITNESS location runs their gym the best I've seen yet! 5 STARS TO SNAP FITNESS METAIRIE !

Tengo casi un año en este gym , me.disculpan pero las instalaciones se han ido deteriorando, las paredes sucias ,falta limpieza en las áreas, los miembros no cumplen las reglas y está muy desordenado . Le hace falta un poco más de cariño y cuidado al Gym . La ventaja está abierto las 24 horas y los 7 días de la semana pero un poco más de amor al área

You are awful... putting the blame on a customer who decided to stop using your services after more than 5 years. Do the right thing and say you are sorry about the issue and then refund the card, and take steps that the membership will not be charged again. This is gross.

Booked through class pass. Only to get there and read a sign that says call for code. I literally watched my phone call get forwarded while standing outside. Never coming here or getting membership. Terrible.

Was visiting from Dallas and needed a gym for a week. Owner Armando was very easy to work with and allowed me to use the gym for a reasonable guest pass fee. Will definitely come back again. He had rverything I needed to continue my routines.

It would be greatly appreciated to have some paper towels in the girls restrooms. Also, when the weather is warm outside, the gym is hot, and lacks air circulation....maybe allow the employee at the front desk, to control the A/C settings accordingly. INVEST in your gyms equipment.

I love going to snap fitness cause it’s so convenient. Anytime I feel like going I go so there is no excuse for me not to go as they open 24/7.
They offer a tower and a spray bottle for each of their members to clean each machine before and after use which I find amazing cause I love cleanness.
I just hope they will add a stair master.
