*09.05.25 I’m answering the owner’s suggestion that I wasn’t telling the truth:
See my profile pic ( was taken in a snap gym) I was a Snap F. Member since 2013,I’ve been in Armado’s Snap, Hickory st and Mandeville before they closed, I’m very familiar with all Snap.
As you know You can use a card to access any snap in the state. I’ve been in your place at least 15 times over the years and it always smelled musty ( maybe the mats? Idk), the gym is small, the parking at night is sketchy
and you charge 3x ( 3 TIMES)more then Planet F. where you have FREE Hydromassage , free tanning , 1000 options , 3-4 people on staff the whole time and it smells clean. And now I learned that the owner has thin skin so I had to take that in the consideration.

Update 6/28/2025: This location is still a good place to workout. Today I was pleased to see new treadmills and a new addition to the staff. She was very gracious and helpful on the phone and in person.🙂

1st Entry: I was surprised how much I would enjoy working out at this location. This is my 1st 24/7 facility and I love the ease & flexibility it presents. My initial registration was quick and painless. Members are passive (I like that). Area parking is available) depending on the day/time. Although the facility is moderate in size, it never feels crowded. The facility is kept clean and members are strongly encouraged to clean machines/equipment used. No photos are posted to protect the privacy of members.

This gym may be small, but it has everything you could need for a good workout! It’s always clean and I love that it’s open 24 hours making it convenient to your schedule. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a good neighborhood gym!

This gym meets all my needs. It’s open 24 hours, consistently being updated, and is never too crowded. Matt is the personal trainer there, and he is amazing. He is flexible when scheduling and he tailors my workouts to exactly what I am looking for.

Went to look at joining Snap. Looking for a place for both my wife and I. It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. The pricing seems high for what you get. We decided on another workout spot.

Spencer and his staff are the most respectful within the fitness community of New Orleans. What this location offers is one of the best within the New Orleans Metro. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service at this location is incredible. Matt & Emmanuel went out of their way to assist me on two separate occasions and stayed past their shifts to do so.

Gym is no nonsense and has all the basic equipment needed to get the job done. I’m told they recently upgraded their access system so that member no longer have issues accessing the space after hours.

Great gym with great staff. Anytime a machine is down, it’s back up within a few days where other gyms have equipment break and it sits there for months. Location is great too.

A decent gym. Some cardio equipment needs to be replaced or rejuvenated but an overall decent array of machines. Could greatly benefit from some isolated glute machines. It’s difficult to get a good glute focused session in without a free moving barbell or specified machine.

Great gym, very close to me. I'm lucky enough to be able to go at off-peak times. Otherwise, I can see how it might get pretty crowded, since it's a small place. Very clean. Only complaint would be the treadmills, as the screens for programming them have very little sensitivity, so you end up pressing buttons again and again until...well, something happens. Tons of parking, so no problem there.
