Traveling and was excited to find a Snap nearby. I also go to Anytime Fitness so I decided to pop in both gyms in Pochatoula.
This gym is DIRTY, like DIRTY DIRTY. The fans were covered in dust. The floors were dirty, the machines were filthy. Equipment was everywhere and in horrible condition. This place hasn’t been properly swept and mopped In a long time!
I’ve been to multiple Snap locations and this place does the brand a major disservice.
Descent amount of machines and free weights. Would be a great place if they cared just a little bit.
The Anytime in town was 1000% better.

It’s really hot in here. In the middle of last summer, through winter, to today. There’s no airflow, and paired with floor to ceiling windows everywhere, it’s like a magnifying glass. The equipment isn’t really well maintained. There’s dust in the equipment fans, and a lot of cracked padding and plastic. There was a recent fee increase. The replacement keys, which are just cheap plastic cards with an RFID inside, cost $25.

If you like horrible customer service, subpar equipment, then this is the place for you. About as clean as the streets of New Orleans. Addition to my review and the customer service side. To reach out to someone at 9pm then proceed to text right after. Don’t call and ask why, read the review.

Friendly atmosphere with a good variety of assisted and free weights. Fitness on Demand room gives you the freedom of a personal workouts from yoga to scenic biking. Open hours 24/7 leaves only you to blame for not showing up.
