At South Beau Fit we are dedicated to providing our community with a facility where everyone is welcome to achieve their own personal goals. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes to suit everyones different fitness needs. We offer childcare service for the convenience of parents with small children. Be sure to check out our full smoothie and loaded tea bar as well as our spray tanning. Personal trainers are available for booking personalized work out plans and diet recommendations. We are here to help you achieve your goals while always creating a friendly environment you can feel comfortable in.
