Was not greeted at all no one was at the front desk no one tried to assist me in the gym just a blank stare never been there before so i was clueless until i found the instructor didn’t make my daughter feel welcomed at all will not be returning to this gym

My daughter and I was really looking forward to the trail class. As we walk in we weren't greeted at all. The ladies that was standing behind the best just gave us a weird look like we was a bother. I had to ask about the class that I signed up for. When I mean NOBODY gave me info on anything and I was left clueless to how the program work. That's not how you do business! The building itself it so small, that the girls can fall on top of the parents that's sitting there. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I had to pay $25 for a trail that the teacher wasn't even there, when other GYM trails are free! I will not be returning back to this gym

I had the pleasure of attending my first adult class here tonight. Coach Eric is great and has a positive, encouraging coaching style. I am a total beginner and felt welcomed and supported with modifications that matched what I can do! Great people, great class, looking forward to coming for a long time!

My kids LOVE this gym!! They have a blast every time they come. The new gym is soo nice and wonderful, but what’s even better is the owners and staff are top notch with heart’s of gold. They not only teach skills and strength, but kindness, integrity, responsibility, respect, courage, and perseverance. Could not ask for anything better!

I attended a birthday party and WOW, it was amazing! The coaches kept the kids engaged & they had so much fun. As a parent, I appreciate how the kids used up all their energy and needed naps after the party was over. Can’t wait to see them grow!

Terrible experience with the business portion. From my personal experience, I would not recommend.
I injured my arm in this class during tumbling which will require surgery. I never once blamed them for this incident, however I am no longer able to attend the class. I called to provide all of this information and request a refund for my November tuition I already paid. But was told there is a no refunds policy, and dropping the class is $150 fee.
I understand having rules in place, but this is simply out of my control and the fact I’m already spending a lot of money for doctor visits, imaging, surgery, and PT, I don’t have the extra money to pay a “drop fee” when I wanted to continue. It’s a very unfortunate situation and feels like the clients are being taken advantage of.
There was also a sign up fee of over $70 that was charged without my knowledge because it wasn’t included when I signed up.
Just overall very disappointing with the customer service portion of the company.

My daughter really enjoys SOLA gymnastics. The teachers seem patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Parents and staff seem to be focused on positive motivation. They have given me good feedback about my daughter's strengths and areas for improvement. Plus they give the kids stickers at the end of practice, which seems to be a big deal for my daughter. :)
