I went to the power bar to feast, not only did I get a delicious meal I also met this diva named Kerigan! Not only did she serve me food she also served face! Give this diva raise she deserves it, her attitude and personality are invaluable!

I have been in many fitness facilities in my time. I recently joined Spoga Fitness Center in Hammond. I am greeted each time I walk in the door. The equipment is top notch. The workout area and locker room are very clean. The workout area is never overcrowded during the times I go.
I recently had a training session with Dane. He was very knowledgeable and explained/demonstrated each machine and the exercise that we were going to perform. I would highly recommend both the facility and Dane to anyone wanting to get in better physical shape.

Great clean facility. Never to packed and every employee is very kind. I personally think this is a great fitness center because there are very few children running around, unlike some fitness centers that are also daycares. You can relax by the pool and enjoy yourself as well.

I am very glad to have found this place. I felt very welcomed by the staff, they and the owners are very friendly and attentive. I have been there 8-9 times so far and the place is always clean and well-organized. The variety of the equipment and spaces is phenomenal and it’s all in great working order. Been to a couple of their classes so far and definitely pushed me to the limit. And the Power Bar is super cool! I love this community and look forward to being here for a few months.

2 hours of child care included in the membership. That's like finding out that you're the only true living blood descendant to the Amazon fortune. I don't personally believe in Amazon and how they can do business so quickly, so precisely and pretty much like Santa in a Sleigh Van (Mercedes). They're the best fitness center, everyone is so nice and you just feel welcome.

A great fitness center. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The heart of the place is really wanting people to be at their best health. Jeff and Julie have provided such a wonderfully accepting place for anyone to come and feel comfortable and encouraged.
There are plenty of machines, free weights, and challenging classes to meet, enhance or help with your fitness goals. Personal trainers are also available. Spoga offers childcare and summer camps filled with fun active activities.
After your workout, try one of the healthy options from The Power Bar, the attached cafe. You can't go wrong with any of their smoothies or snacks...or try the veggie sandwich with a side of homemade humus (one of my favorites)!
