So glad to have found this Studio. Karlita is a wonderful instructor, passionate dancer with knowledge about the dances and where they come from, and all around beautiful presence. The classes challenge you to be confident in yourself regardless of your skill level and to trust that the technique will follow. The studio is also so beautiful—-warm and inviting.

My wife and I are taking Latin fusion and immersive belly dance. I recommend committing to doing the series!

Great space with lots of parking! Enjoyed Latin fusion class, Karla has such an accessible and nurturing style of teaching. Her technique is flawless without being arrogant. Her 40+ years of dance training allows her to be unassuming and engaging and students of all levels feel welcome. Try out one of her classes you will not be disappointed!!!

Studio Shakti is a warm, inviting and very well equipped space for any kind of movement class or event. The space is huge, with great lighting and a lot of attention to detail. The stewards of the space are caring, responsive and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend popping in for a class or hitting them up about hosting your own event in their beautiful studio.
