I absolutely love this studio! I only have the most positive things to say! Every instructor and member creates such an encouraging and welcoming environment that makes showing up something to look forward to. Morgan, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and always reminds us of the importance of proper form, helping us improve safely and effectively. Investing in yourself by joining this community is one of the best decisions you can make! I’ve experienced the benefits not just physically, but mentally too!

The best!! I’ve been going to Trilogy for a few months to rides with Nicole, Morgan, Maddy and more. Each instructor brings something different to each class but the quality always stays the same! Such a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

From the time I walked into Trilogy Studio, I felt welcomed. Not only was the instructor nice , inviting and welcoming, but the class participants were just as nice, inviting and welcoming. I took the Lift class which had the perfect balance between being fun and being challenging. The instructor was very helpful, encouraging and engaging. This won’t be my last visit!! To add the icing on the cake- the studio itself is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!

Trilogy is hands down the best studio in town! Spin classes are a perfect balance of challenging and fun, with consistently fire play lists, and the strength classes are a great full body workout. Don't sleep on the mobility sessions either! Great vibes all around, from the instructors to members. Truly can't say enough good things about this place!

The Best workout I have done in a very long time. The owner/instructor Morgan was exceptional: the workout, the expertise, the rhythm, the instructions, the encouragement and connection with the people in class - true mastery. The studio is clean and very well done. I will come back every time I am in NOLA

Trilogy is wayyyy more than the INCREDIBLE cycling, weight lifting, HIIT, and yoga studio that it is, it’s the people that makes Trilogy a community and a place of joy!!! I’ve been riding with Trilogy since they opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s community, it’s joy, and it’s a damn good workout!! Every. Time. You all are the best and I’m honored to ride with you!

Studio Trilogy is consistently a great workout. The instructors are welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Classes are the perfect balance of space to take things at your own pace and accountability to push yourself past your mental barriers. Morgan is open to feedback and is constantly looking for new ways to expand class offerings and build the community. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Studio Trilogy! Scheduling classes via MINDBODY is super easy and the staff is always helpful with any questions. The studio is a vibe and the music is always on point. Morgan is hands down the best cycle instructor and will push you while offering a calming approach. I always leave feeling on top of the world so thanks for being the best start to my mornings!

Swoot Cycle is better: Alternatively I always look forward to supporting & dropping in to Trilogy whenever I’m in town from Los Angeles as well, which is quite often. But I have to say, it’s a bit frustrating when I make the trek all the way from the French Quarter for a 7AM class (who’s doing this in Nola☺️), only to be turned away because I missed my reservation window by a few minutes. Since I pay heavy memberships for Equinox / NOAC / Soul-Cycle between LA / NY, I prefer to book all my other fitness interests through ClassPass. Instead of trying to accommodate or work something out, the receptionist was less than friendly—borderline hostile, actually. I would've gladly paid for a $30 class to honor “policy” if the approach had been more welcoming. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely turned off.
Now, in a city like New Orleans, where cycling and fitness aren’t exactly booming industries and the previous Cycle bar shut down , you’d think a little warmth and effort to build healthy relationship with spirited - health conscious customers like myself would be a no brainer. Especially since the studio is new and there’s usually only 2-4 people per class?
On a positive side: in the past, Morgan has been cool/friendly, but it’s clear that hospitality isn't an important standard investment across the board here. Happily sticking to Swoot Cycle down the street-they’ve consistently shown flexibility and a much better understanding of customer care, even in this exact scenario. It goes a long way.

Formerly Cyclebar,
Trilogy has rebranded and reopened under local ownership. Way more of a personal feel, and offering more than just cycling now. Love this place, hands down best Indoor Cycling spot in NOLA!!
