This place is amazing! I’ve been training with Junior, my sensei for almost four years. learned so many good self defense classes and he’s the best you could ask for, he’s very motivating and also just a kind person to be around when you need it. but with training he will not let you give up until the class itself is over, he shows so much support for all of us that train with him and has other great people working along side with him. this class makes me feel not only more capable of taking care of myself and confident but i also feel safe in this environment with all of them. we are like a big family and anyone is free to join us! you wouldn’t regret it

A great place to practice and train!! Great workouts, and family oriented environment... the instructor really loves his craft & he loves to take the time to "teach" and explain. I highly recommend you give all the classes a try! I have no regrets!

Team Oliveira is an Excellent Place for the Entire Family! My husband, our two daughters, and I all attend classes there. They have an amazing staff and Junior always gives his full energy to each class. This place has a Wonderful, positive, & encouraging atmosphere. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get fit or wanting to learn martial arts.

This place is my favorite school in 10+ years of martial arts training. The coaches offer a perfect blend of real world skills and tactical self defense.
It’s also an amazing way to trim that waist down! Coach Junior shows true concern for every student’s progress and success.

I love this gym. Everyone is treated like family. The work outs are intense and fun. Coach Junior puts in so much time to make sure we feel welcome and invested. I couldn't ask for a better environment for my daughter and me.

If you are wanting to get in shape, train, and or learn self defense, then I highly recommend coming in and talking to the instructors and taking a class! You won’t find a place that’s more welcoming than here, and it’s also a great place for kids to learn.
