I LOVE coming to The Riot! Scotty is a great coach, and knows how and when to push me to my best! My wife says I'm in the best shape of my life after coming here for >1 year now ... just be CONSISTENT, and listen to Scotty, and you will improve. I always look forward to what we have in store for the daily workouts (except for maybe burpees .... I don't care for burpees!)

This gym has been the best thing for me since my health journey began last July. Scotty is a very encouraging coach. He works with you where you are, you don’t have to get in shape before you go—— I went from zero fitness ability to a much stronger and healthier body, as well as, my mental health has improved. TheRiot Fitness has been more than a gym for me. Since joining, I've noticed a change in my overall mood and muscle tone. Scotty is extremely knowledgeable and creates workouts that hit a variety of muscle groups.
