I have went to this gym for over a year and it has always been my favorite after trying so many other gyms in the Ascension Parish/Baton Rouge area. The brand new management has been amazing and extremely helpful and are looking to continue making this gym the best in the area. It is extremely clean, non-crowded, and has some of the best workout equipment in this area for a price that you can’t beat. This is and will stay my gym for as long as I live here!

this place is absolutely amazing. It is getting a remaster practically, the machines feel nice and there is a machine for everything, the employees and owners are nice and the community inside is very welcoming and friendly. Love this place, can’t wait for the full remaster.

Their billing system, Paramount Acceptance, is a straight up hustle, designed to absolutely manipulate contract law to extort more money from you.

So so not, I meant do not sign a contract with this gym. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops to cancel.

It's unfortunate, the gym wasn't too bad. Will never do business with them again.

Has great equipment and is not too busy. They don't cool the gym down well and its awful in the summer. They tape over the thermometers so you cant see its in the mid 80s for temp in the gym. Price was pretty decent, but be careful when signing up with this gym. The management is deceitful when signing up with their gym. They make you think you just have to go through them to cancel your gym membership as long as your moving away. Instead they don't tell you that they make an account for you with this third party. It was a hassle to find out the information about the third party since the staff did not know any information on canceling membership. It took a handful of times to finally get in touch with the manager in person to find out about this third party user. Even at this point they still could not tell me my account information for this third party. After going through a lengthy phone call with this third party, you find out that you have to show either your new driver license in another state or closing documents on a bought house in another state in order to cancel your gym membership with the third party (paramountacceptanced). They delay this whole process and at that point you will end up with more fees to pay. If you go to cancel your gym membership at this facility, at least give yourself 2 months in advance to deal with all the extra headaches that comes with this process. Honestly easier to get out of a time share than this facility's contract.

I’ve had a membership here for more than 10 years. It’s the perfect place. Staff is always friendly and the gym regulars are willing to help you out if you need. Two sets of free weights. Plenty of cardio machines. Circuit training equipment. Weighted machines as well as the pin type. Showers. Sauna. Tanning. Lots of classes to chose from.The prices are more than reasonable. They also have a free pass so you can try before you join. Stop by and see for yourself.

I'm getting over 2 spinal surgeries and cant say enough about the management team as well as the advice and help from other members. I'm so glad that I met all my challenges in this gym. I'm back to doing more than I ever thought. The blond has been great help as well.

My gym, I make my best effort to go at least four times a week. I have never had an issue at all, and the only thing close to an issue is that I keep running into one of the staff in the locker room cause they are always cleaning! My experience here so far has been heads and shoulders above the other gyms I've been too, especially planet fitness.

Real Gym not “fitness center” that discriminates against you if you’re fit like some of the places that feed you pizza and bagels during your workout to keep your fitness poor so you have to come back to work off all the free food.

This health club is in a strip mall. The parking situation s sometimes an issue there. The club itself it a little small and can tend to be crowded. They offer classes for additional fees.
