Jennifer is terrific! I’m an older, very experienced runner who has never been interested in strength training until I met Jennifer. She made me feel welcome, has been so encouraging, and set up a great program to improve my muscle strength and tone. This has helped me gain strength in my arms and core and improve my running. I think the world of her!

I met Jenn earlier this year as I returned to Weight training. She’s knowledgeable and fun to train with! She challenges you but is also mindful of form and mobility which helps prevents injuries. Ive been able to work out consistently without injuries. I highly recommend her and her gym!

Jen was my trainer in Denver. I am an older woman and had never worked with a trainer before. Jen was very patient and always took the time to show me how to use the equipment correctly and safely. She always thought of interesting routines and I never got bored. She’s a really nice person and very pleasant to work with. She’s also very smart and knows her stuff. I came to her to get stronger and I definitely have...I feel so much better. It will be impossible to find another trainer as good as her!

About a year ago I underwent my 3rd knee surgery, and Jen was by me for every step of my rehab. The range of knowledge she has is awesome! Whether your goals are to rehab, build muscle or lose weight, Jen will have the knowledge and tools to help you on your journey!
