Someone from the business got my cell phone number and sent me threatening and harassing texts. When I requested an explanation, I was not given one. It was extremely unprofessional, especially for someone connected directly with a business.

I love it here at Underground Fitness. The people here are amazing and really care. Chad is an amazing strength and conditioning coach. He really knows his anatomy and can alter any exercises to the capabilities of whomever he is training. This was important to me because I shattered my ankle in 2011 and have limited ROM.

Underdog fitness has some of best trainers in Shreveport-Bossier area! I love Tj’s class the most!!! He’s very knowledgeable and he won’t let you cheat yourself even when you REALLY want to!! The gym is very clean, great equipment and even better people!! Not to mention they have different classes that will meet all your needs!!

Chad takes the time to work with me based on my capabilities. Every workout is tailored specifically to my needs and goals and he takes into account my limitations to prevent me from injuries. He pushes me out of my comfort zone to try workouts I wouldn’t do on my own, yet ensures my safety with regards to my physical limitations. He remains flexible with my schedule around work and family so that I can stay consistent even when things get busy. I’m proud to see his gym growing and to be part of the community it serves.

Would definitely like to commend the staff at Underdog Fitness! Show out to TJ Pittman for providing not only an excellent workout but created a great atmosphere. I was only visiting for a say and he suggested I come by the gym.
He showed up early to make sure the facilities and equipment were ready and stayed after to clean. He made everyone win the class feel welcome!

Underdog was my first time with a personal trainer, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Chad keeps the workouts interesting, functional, and appropriately paced for his clients. A late-40's dad (like me) gets the same personalized programs, attention to detail and level of dedication that I see him give the elite athletes he trains. I've seen results in my weekend-warrior rec sports, but more importantly I'm better able to keep up with my kids and feel better all around. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get healthier and feel better.

You hear this statement a lot when people review their trainer, but it’s usually from someone who knows nothing about fitness themselves or is just reviewing a friend. This is honesty from someone who is also a certified trainer and a lifelong martial artist. Chad is the best Trainer in Shreveport period. To be great it doesn’t just take knowledge, it also takes personality and drive and he has it. He can train anyone from seniors and soccer moms to professional fighters, and he has a lot of each of those on his roster. Come try his free Sunday class and you’ll see for yourself what so many others already know.

I can’t recommend Underdog Fitness SBC enough. Unfortunately I am limited to only 5 stars for my rating. Chad is an excellent motivator. He has an awareness about him that allows his motivational techniques to push you past what you thought were limitations without making you feel bad about yourself or embarrassed or ashamed of your physical attributes or fitness level. He will help you set goals that may seem unattainable, but then you realize your crushing those goals and having fun doing it. He always puts a lot of thought into his workouts and workout plans, not just making you lift weights, but addresses all muscle groups and cardio conditioning. Do yourself and your body a favor, get in to see him and get in on his workouts.

I'm not one to trust just anyone with my fitness and training state of mind. I've trained with Chad and not only did he help me with my goal I had in mind, but I was able to redefine my healthy life goals in the process. I've seen him go from coaching a withdrawn client out of their shell to driving a fighter through his own walls in 30 minutes. He does this because he loves this. Chad (of Underdog Fitness) is absolutely amazing, both on making workouts that push you in the best of ways, to meeting you where you are and going from there. He is right beside you with whatever sort of help you need, from finding an eating plan to maximize your results, to perfecting exercises to develop your weaknesses, and keep fostering your strengths. Give him a commitment and he will get you to your goals, whatever they may be.
I also find that he is INCREDIBLY reasonably priced, I’ve paid near five times what I do now for lack luster results and support.
The people he works with are top bins too, a welcoming, supportive, healthy environment for anyone of any fitness level to participate in. (I mean he hosts a free community work out every week who does that?)
