We are Muscle Beach Nola. We have the widest variety of strength and cardio equipment both indoor and outdoor. We can accommodate everyone from Strongman, Cross fitter, Power lifter, Weightlifter, Bodybuilder, or general fitness. The gym is 1 acre in size with a 160' x 60' sandpit and pool. Memberships start at $35/month and $10 day passes. We offer low cost meal prep, supplements of every kind, personal training, and the best custom leather gym supports and straps in the world. If you are a gym rat, you have to visit Westbank Athletic Club.

I’ve been a member of this gym for over 20 years when it was previously a World Gym. The owner of the gym is pretty much always there and willing to offer workout or diet advice. The staff is super friendly and hard working. Best place to train hands down in NOLA.

This gym takes pride in all of its equipment. Constantly bringing in new machines and methods of exercise.
The owner employs and trains local youth. For that alone I would workout here if all there were to offer was 2 rocks and a bag of sand.
The hours are not always ideal. I do have a planet fitness pass for a good late night lift ( past 10pm ) but as far as gyms go, this place is home.
This place is a keystone to this city and its incredible community. Thank you Westbank Athletic Club.

Just joined the day I was asked by Google for a review but I can already say the folks are top flight right out the gate, just lookin around I can see this is a place for pros, custom belts made here and equipped with more things than I know how to use or recognize. They sell all kinds of nutritional items and very helpful on start-up if your new to it all like me. Awesome prices for what your getting, I'll update as time goes on!! Good luck on your goals crowd

Great environment, most people know gym etiquette and are respectful. They allow dogs which is awesome. They sell prepped meals and pre workout shots Incase you forgot yours. I really should've been working out here instead of club4. There could be a few pieces of equipment but there's plenty to get you swole.

Late on the review but this is by far the best gym I've gone to. The owner, his staff, and the trainers there are very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and nice. The quality of the hand made lifting belts made by the owner is top notch. The food and smoothie there is awesome! The equipment is in great shape. The atmosphere here is great.

The BEST gym on the Westbank hands down!! Its a real old school gym with lots of heavy weights and old school equipment. A real bodybuilders gym. Many famous wrestlers from the WWE have worked out here from John Cena and Randy Orton to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. This place has it all, including a huge volleyball area in the back! Five Stars all the way!!

You can really get a workout here. Dumbbells that go to 200 lbs each. If you like that hardcore music loud getting sweaty and dirty, this is the ONLY spot in New Orleans to go.
