The Ymca express is a very convenient location to my home. The equipment is always found clean and in pristine condition. It is a great place to get in a quick overall workout.

Absolutely love the YMCA Express!! Although it is a smaller location, it has all the equipment one would need for a good workout. It’s not too busy to where you’re struggling to use machines either, which I love. The staff is always welcoming and kind and the director Mischa has been extremely helpful in showing me how to use the equipment. Highly recommend this Y!!

Visited this gym a couple times after a friend recommended it. The location and overall vibe raised a few red flags for me. There was a strong smell of marijuana near the entrance, not sure if it was coming from nearby or just a regular thing here. Also noticed some shady people hanging around outside in the afternoon. The bars nearby had cops posted up more than once, which added to the sketchy feel. For the price they’re asking, I expected a nicer gym environment. I decided this definitely wasn’t the place for me, hard pass.

Really wanted to love this place. The staff seemed somewhat friendly and the space has potential, but the membership pricing is surprisingly steep, especially for a new business. The equipment is very limited. The owner (I think her name is Miska) is a bit unresponsive. I ended up going with Planet Fitness nearby, for nearly half the cost and better amenities. Hope they consider a more competitive pricing model soon because I’d still love to support a local spot!

I’m tempted to leave a negative review as this place is such a hidden gem! Never crowded, always clean, and very well equipped. Best gym ever!
