I was visiting from out of town & decided to drop in for a morning class & so glad that I did! The class was perfect for a day after travel, and helped me to come back into balance. Gregory led a beautiful practice that was informative & safe. The vibe of the space was mellow & allowed for good focus and concentration. Thank you for a great practice!

I recently went to Freret Street Yoga and tried one of Geoffrey's Level 2+ classes. I am an experienced yoga student but was unsure if that level would be too difficult. The class - and the owner/instructor Geoffrey - was amazing! His instruction is so clear and relaxed and, at the same time, very motivating. I cannot wait to go back. Thanks, Geoffrey, for creating such a beautiful space in which to practice and for finally introducing a place to practice in New Orleans that I can get excited about. See you soon!
