Adam Clark Fitness is stupid expensive… and yet after a year and a half (and even taking a break), I keep coming back. That’s because this place is more than a gym; It’s a community. There’s accountability, support, and genuine care for both your mental and physical health. I’ve been a member of Adam Clark Fitness for over 5 years. I started during Covid when all sessions switched to zoom classes. It was a great workout as well as the social gathering I needed. Adam was very creative with outdoor activities and when we were “allowed “ back inside, the classes were energetic and fun. Keeping up with new ideas, the workouts have changed to individual exercises but in a group setting. Again, gives the personal workout I need and the social interaction. The trainers are involved and knowledgeable and Adam hosts informative gatherings with physical therapists and nutritionists. ACF is a well rounded, professional, motivational and most of all a fun, welcoming environment.

I’m 72 years old and needed to begin a fitness routine that I could enjoy and stay consistent with. My Dr. had recommended this, and gave me a few places to check out. I have type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
After reviewing some options, I contacted Adam Clark at Adam Clark Fitness and scheduled an appointment.
I was concerned, when searching for a place, that I might not be able to do the workouts, or would probably be the oldest and feel out of place and would not enjoy it enough to continue.
However, after meeting with Adam and discussing his fitness outlook and program, I was very interested. I went back a couple of days later to try it out and see if I was a good fit.
I have been working out at Adam Clark Fitness for 5 weeks now, 3 days a week! I absolutely love it. Every hour class has their own personal trainer for that group. They have lots of times available that can fit anyone’s schedule and different program options, as well.
This has been one of the absolute best things I have ever done for myself!
I’m feeling stronger and more energized than I have in a long time. Each workout is specialized for me and the trainer works with me and assists with any questions or concerns I might have. It’s a truly amazing experience for me and I highly recommend it! If you’ve ever felt like I have….out of shape and wanting to feel better, please reach out to Adam! You won’t regret it!

Adam Clark Fitness (ACF) has made it possible, through their diligent and fun exercising routines, for this 80 year old woman to be able to backpack in Baxter this summer, and ski at Sugarloaf this Fall with muscles that have kept me safe and strong! Never think you can't do things you've always loved..... Adam and his team will get you there! It's been an amazing experience to workout at AFC..... they will make sure your form is correct and adjust any exercise to suit where you are healthwise. In February, on advice from friend Shirley, I tried AdamClarkFitness.and what a wonderful adventure I have had there. Twice a week I go and enjoy the company of my new exercise family and do things I never thought I would ever do again. Exercises can be and are fun if you do them correctly and in the right atmosphere. We have that at this gym. Never a rush. Never overcrowded. Just a very pleasant time of getting your body where it should be. And having fun at the same time.
So thank you to all the trainers and fellow exercisers for being such a nice helpful group of friends.

I loved every minute of it! Adam was understanding of chronic pain and nonjudgmental about where I was starting at. The iPads with the structured workouts make you feel a sense of orderliness and accomplishment as you get through. Fun, lively atmosphere. I got tons of motivation. My pain level diminished so much on hikes after two weeks that I hiked twice as long. Pain management on my hikes was a key goal which has been met already! Strength training helps prevent everything from metabolic disorders to neurodegenerative diseases. I plan to stay active and independent many more decades and the experience of starting with ACF has set me on the right track.

I would really recommend this gym to anyone who enjoys smaller, more one on one guidance, with the friendliest group of people. I was hesitant to join another gym but after talking to a couple of people who are members I decided to give it a try. Everyone has been so welcoming. Adam Clark Fitness is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. Adam and Noah are beyond encouraging and helpful during the workouts, giving tips on how to correctly do certain exercises, as well as coming up with alternative exercises for pre existing issues, such as plantar fasciitis pain! ACF also has a supportive group of all other members who hold you accountable, share yummy but healthy recipes, and give you words of encouragement when you’re struggling! I couldn’t imagine going to any other gym; I am so happy to be part of ACF!

Adam Clark Fitness (ACF) is a fantastic gym and community. Adam always pushes his clients to be 1% better every day, and he follows this philosophy himself. ACF is not just a place to work out, but a gathering point that we can learn from each other while getting stronger and healthier. Adam has an active private Facebook group and business page, routinely asking for questions and answering them via videos. Adam has goal-setting sessions and is genuinely invested in each person’s health and life goals. Right now, ACF is expanding due to Adam’s dedication to his business. He has seen so much growth in only two years, which speaks to his personality and ability to get the best out of people. I came into ACF with a hurt back and could not walk for over 10-15 minutes at a time without pain. I can now walk freely without worrying about how my back will feel. Adam works with you to modify the workout if it does not feel right. Additionally, ACF is dedicated to bettering the community and other small local businesses. I cannot recommend ACF enough as an outlet to let out stress, grow stronger and healthier, and be surrounded by a wonderful community.

I joined the ACF 42 Day Transformation in the Fall. From my first in studio class Adam was welcoming and motivating. He not only pushes you to do your best in class, but also on the days you are not in class. He sends out weekly warm-ups that can be done at home or in the studio, sends encouraging texts and newsletters to keep his members connected and motivated. He also sends out simple tasks to do daily to work on all areas of your life/health. He gets his members involved in community events as well. I would recommend Adam Clark Fitness if you are looking for a positive environment to get some personal or small group training. ACF also offers live online classes for those more comfortable working out at home. Head into the New Year with a New Mindset and a New You!

This is by far, without a doubt, the best training experience I've ever had. The small group training has changed the way I feel about fitness. It's made getting up and getting out and getting fit worth it. You don't spend 30 minutes running on a treadmill. The exercises are varied everyday and every workout, and you hit everything: cardio, strength training, conditioning, you name it, we do it. Adam pushes you outside of your comfort zone, but is encouraging and positive when he does it. Most exercises can be modified if you need it, and if it can't be modified, he offers an alternative, so you get the most out of your workouts, regardless of your fitness level. This is a place for everyone.
beyond the facility in the classes, there is online support available through a Facebook community which has been invaluable. Adam Clark Fitness is more than just a training studio anda business, it is a community. I. Happy I found it when I did.
