We are located behind Tradewinds in Blue Hill, ME. We have a fitness studio, a full weight room and cardio room, locker rooms with showers and a 25 yard 6 lane pool.

Great resource in Blue Hill! It is great to be able to walk on an indoor track in the middle of the winter. Staff always friendly. Very clean. We wish there was a Y in every New England town. Thank you for the vision to create such a space and sustain with such excellence. The Y is a reliable organization!

The membership is pricey for only having a lap pool and less equipment than surrounding gyms. It's definitely a nice place because it's newer.

Small YMCA in a larger network, but with all the important features: weight room, studio, pool, gym and indoor walking track (great in the winter). Membership is affordable and day passes are available for short term visitors.

Fabulous local health club with in depth classes and well equipped amenities. Locker rooms are clean and the showers have great water pressure and showers have seats for those in need.

The best gym around, and a great YMCA. I have been going there since the day it opened. The weight lifting selection could be payed better attention to though. There should be a dedicated squat rack, as only 2 bench/squat areas are not enough. Also there should be a chest fly machine. These are standard in 99% of gyms, even the old YMCA had one.

Great gym with a very open floor plan. They could have a few more benches, but they had tons of machines and a large yoga/stretch room. Super large pool and very friendly staff.

It’s great to have such gym at a small town . The swimming pool is great , large enough for adults to exercise and for kids lessons . Our son takes swim lessons there and loves it . The rest of the gym seem nice as well , although I haven’t tried it yet . Would be nice to add hair driers in changing rooms but not big deal

Great Facility overall. However, their COVID protocols are not consistent, and seem to change depending on the staff member you happen to be speaking to. When I was asked to cease using a treadmill because the member next to me was unmasked, I was told by a staff member that masks “are required, not mandatory,” and since that member was there before me, the onus fell to me to protect her. She was NOT asked to put her mask on, and I was forbidden to use the treadmill next to her. I had to wait for a treadmill to open up away from the unmasked user, despite the sign on the door that said “masks are required.” I spoke with the Director and was assured that he would follow-up with the staff to make sure they are all aware of the mask policy. The following day when I arrived at the gym, there were several people using the treadmills who were not wearing masks, and I was inconvenienced one again by their inconsistent policy. There seems to be too many loopholes and exceptions made. Needless to say, I no longer feel safe and will not be using this gym until the pandemic is over.

It's a great little place to come get your work out on. They have a decent selection of machines and weights, and regular classes of all sorts from aerobics to Pilates. The staff and volunteers are courteous and welcoming and have helped me out on more than a few occasions. Can't wait until the new structure with a pool and indoor track is complete!!
