I have absolutely loved becoming part of the Crisp community! James and Deb are incredibly supportive, kind, generous, and encouraging as are all of the other wonderful instructors and trainers! They are so skilled at what they do and Iβm so grateful for the positive and meaningful changes that they have supported me to make in my life! The Crisp community is such a close-knit and welcoming community and I canβt recommend their classes or a membership at Crisp enough!

I absolutely love the Pilates classes (mat & reformer) at Crisp! The instructors create such a welcoming and motivating environment as well as thoughtfully designed classes. Itβs become one of the highlights of my week and I have seen such a positive change in my body since I joined. Highly recommend!

A phenomenal facility for personal training and class based fitness including pilates (mat and reformer), yoga, cardio, and circuit training! I found Crisp classes through ClassPass and did two of the heated yoga classes with Brad on Saturday and Sunday. Whatβs great about Brad is that he gets you motivated and also prepares you for whatβs coming next. I highly recommend this fitness studio, which I discovered while we were traveling in the area. Thank you Brad and Crisp classes for an amazing overall experience. The studio is spotlessly clean and the staff is wonderful and warm and friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about Crisp. I was super anxious getting into fitness with absolutely no experience or knowledge. Every instructor or other student that I have spoken with has been so kind, supportive and amazing.
My first few experiences here gave me the confidence to keep returning and keep trying more classes. I am so thankful for this place and I am happy to be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future. :)

This studio was fantastic! Debbie was great and kind, wonderful transitions in the heated vinyasa. The room was certainly warm! Will definitely return. The mats and blocks being available as well as towels during the exercise were all a plus!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Crisp has such a warm and welcoming environment. Every instructor offers a unique class experience, full of support and encouragement, and Iβm always learning something new! I mostly attend heated yoga classes, and they are seriously the best. I have been recovering from a back injury for the last two years and yoga has changed my life! It has really helped me in the healing journey. Thank you to Crisp and all the fitness instructors there for providing such a positive experience for everyone. The new studio space is exceptional! Always clean, multiple restrooms, lockers, changing rooms, the cleanest showers for a public setting, and lots of space to move around. This community rocks!
